We had a lovely stay for our family of 12. Our ages ranged from 5-70 years old and the house had everything we needed for all ages. It’s a short drive away from the restaurants and activities. The host was very responsive and friendly to work with.
My family & I had a wonderful stay here while in town for a wedding. Super easy to get around Nashville - would definitely recommend for other families/large groups. Street parking/rooms/instructions/communication/cleanliness were all great! Thanks again to the Hallson team for hosting us.
Amazing home in Nashville Our family of four stayed with another family of four and the space was perfect. The house is beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well appointed and we easily were able to cook breakfast each morning. Our hosts even left us a bottle of wine, ground coffee and popcorn to enjoy! Such a thoughtful touch that was truly appreciated.There’s so many games and activities to do, none of us were ever bored. I’d highly recommend this house for any larger families or groups as everyone had plenty of space and there were lots of beds. I would stay here again the next time I come to Nashville.
We had a great stay at this Airbnb — it was perfect for our family! The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was super convenient, just a short drive to downtown Nashville, which made exploring the city really easy. Overall, a great spot for families looking to be close to the action while still having a quiet place to unwind.

Great location - perfect space My family of 4 stayed with our friends who are also a family of 4. Plenty of space for everyone and the house is so pretty. We loved having the ping pong table and outdoor space as well as big dining table for indoor board games.Hot tub didn’t heat up for a couple of days but management company was quick to respond.Walked to lunch one day. Family Vacation The house was perfect for our family ranging from 14-76 years old. There was plenty of space and the location worked out perfectly for us. If we came across any needs for the house it was addressed immediately addressed and taken care of.

This Modern Farmhouse is absolutely incredible! My family and I stayed here for my brother’s wedding. We had plenty of room and felt right at home. I brought my 85 year old mother and she was extremely comfortable in the downstairs bedroom so she didn’t have to do the stairs. We had a fire out back and enjoyed the ping pong table and peloton in the game room outside. This place did not disappoint and made traveling out of state a breeze. The host was very friendly and reached out often. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a great comfortable space for 9 guests. It was an easy 1 mile walk from broadway in the daylight. We did walk through an industrial area so would not recommend at night. We were also a 7 minute walk from the New Years Eve Bash.

This house was incredible! Great option for large groups looking to keep everyone comfortable. Community spaces are set up perfectly for gatherings and the location is great for access to downtown Nashville. Hosts were also very responsive and helpful. Everytime we reached out they got back to us within 10-20 minutes:)
This was a great spot for our large group. We had an issue with the AC on our first day, but it was fixed quickly — before the end of the day. The team was responsive and friendly throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very nice experience with no complaints. We’d definitely stay again!
The house is spacious and great for a large group. Close enough to Broadway for a scooter or inexpensive Uber ride. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. The Neighborhood is going through some construction, but overall it was a great location. The team was very responsive and helpful, easy check in and check out, and very flexible. We really enjoyed our stay, and we would come back!

21 Run x 3 This house was amazing! Very clean and very accommodating for our group of 10 people…3 couples and 4 young adults. Host was great. Loved the sauna and roof top seating area with propane fire!!
The home is perfect for a large group! We rented the Urban Farmhouse for my 50th birthday with 6 couples. There are multiple common spaces to share with added activities to entertain the group while at the house. We played ping pong, cornhole, used the Peloton bike and sauna along with the board games provided. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for 12 guests which we did for breakfast and diners while in Nashville. There are plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone to use. The home is located close to everything in Nashville and is an easy Uber ride. We were happy to not have a car while staying during the ice and snow storms (rarely happens in Nashville so we were lucky to experience it). We would definitely stay again!
We recently stayed here for our annual girls trip and LOVED our stay! The place was exactly as it looked in photos, lots of space and rooms for 10 people. The house was super cool with lots of amenities. We enjoyed hanging out in the common areas and the house is located super close to the Gulch and Broadway making Uber rides short and cheap. The host were very accommodating and super responsive. I appreciated their hospitality and willingness to make sure we enjoyed our stay and felt everything met our expectations! Would definitely recommend this home as a home away from home for your next trip to Nashville.

Great Stay, Just chilled for the most part, grocery store near by for staples short uber ride downtown and no hassle finding parking. Some members preferred the walk. Lots of activities at the house to keep us occupied. Thanks for the great stay.

The house is gorgeous - all of the finishings are very well done, and all of the outdoor spaces are great for a group. We did run into some issues with the water dispenser and electricity, but the owner was quick to respond. The area was close to downtown Nashville, but the immediate area was not the nicest. Once you get two-three blocks away though there were lots of bars, breweries and restaurants

This place was absolutely beautiful! High ceilings, hardwood floors. Though we had a large group, it still felt spacious. So sweet walking in to a bottle of wine, bag of local coffee and cookies - I love when hosts go above and beyond. We took advantage of beautiful weather and the turf back yard area and did pilates there one morning. Everything was so close. We never had to Uber more than 10 minutes, and a lot was walkable. We ran into were a few blown fuses - even when people were not using the outlets for hair dryers, etc. The Hallson team was quick to respond, but we were out and about so much, we never got the breaker flipped before we left. There was also a new home getting built right next to us, & the day we arrived, men were on the roof / hammering away. I was worried it may be loud, but they weren't there through the weekend, so it was only noisy that first day. All in all we had a practically perfect weekend, and everyone RAVED about the place. We want to come back!
Outstanding Stay I've rented lots of houses in Nashville and genrally I've been pleased. This time, we were more than pleased, as we enjoyed a gorgeous home in a perfect location for us. We were able to be downtown or to any of our destinations within 5-10 minutes. The house was so beautiful and we enjoyed our "down time" at the house, with comfy living spaces and bedrooms, and a kitchen we all loved! The weather kept us from the yard, but maybe next time we will enjoy bocce ball or the rooftop! Thank you for this rental--excellent communication before and during our stay, clean and safe environment, and reasonable price!

Plenty of room for the 7 of us and our 2 dogs. place was beautiful. very close to Broadway and Germantown. we walked all over! farmers market. marathon village. capital. lots of stairs but we stayed on the first floor which was perfect. we had gorgeous weather and the backyard was fun!

This was the perfect place for our bachelorette trip, the amenities were incredible (hot tub, sauna, bocce ball, ping pong, fire pit, and on and on!) and it was so stylish and comfortable. I stayed in the master and it was like sleeping on a cloud, very high quality pillows, mattress comforter. The host was very responsive and everything was easy. Would absolutely stay here again!
Hallson Hospitality team was the best AirBNB experience we have had. They truly understand how the little things are the big things when it comes to a vacation rental: the personalized note, local assortment of goods waiting on arrival, the extremely responsive team to every question or need we had and nailing all the details even down to the softest bed linens. They are bringing a 5-star concierge level approach to the Airbnb space. The home matched the photos and we loved how distillery’s, Germantown and Whole Foods were only a nice morning walk away. We will absolutely book with them again. Thank you for making our anniversary trip relaxing and enjoyable!
The place was accommodating to our girls trip. You do have to drive to everything, nothing within walking distance. Uber was quick for pickup. comfortable beds.
This is my 24th Air B to stay in, and it is the best! From the decorating, to the showers, to the backyard fun, and beautiful rooftop city view, this place is done right! Excellent location in a nice neighborhood with easy access to all Nashville has to offer, I know right where to go when I travel to Nashville. Convenience, cleanliness, high end atmosphere, and friendly folks like Brandon to push along a fantastic experience. In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger………….I’LL BE BACK!!!!
The house was beautiful and clean. We had issues with the hot tub the entire visit, with it never being resolved, but we did get a refund/compensation. We did have issues with communication through the Airbnb app, but when given the direct phone number to text, they were very responsive. Overall, friendly and helpful. Satisfied with the stay.

The beds were very comfortable. Many bathrooms so nobody had to wait. Love the master shower. We did encounter a difficulty with the cable and two bathroom lights not coming on, however, customer service was very quick to respond and help us in the situation. Also, since we Uber in from the airport earlier in the day, it was very convenient to be able to get in early and get settled in.

Everything about the whole process
Josh was extremely disrespectful to our team. He and his guests stayed in the home for three nights and did not reach out to us until after 5:30 PM on the final night, raising concerns about cleanliness. Josh stated that he would withhold leaving a negative review in exchange for a full refund, which directly violates Airbnb's policies. We reviewed the photos from the cleaning and inspection conducted prior to Josh's arrival and confirmed that the home was properly cleaned. Had Josh communicated his concerns upon arrival or the following day, we would have had the opportunity to address them promptly and if we weren't able to address his concerns we would have been happy to refund accordingly.
The home was in a state of severe neglect, with poor cleanliness and maintenance. A home priced at over $800 a night is a disgrace compared to a 5-star rated hotel. Throughout the house, we found numerous signs of neglect, including a clogged shower drain, a burnt-out light bulb, splatter stains on cabinets, a broken toilet seat, dents, dings, and stains on the walls, and stains on the cloth bed frame. The most disappointing part of the experience was the dismissive attitude of Hallson and the owner towards our concerns. They questioned why we had waited so long to report the issues and suggested that we should have reported sooner. Why should we have reported sooner? So that we could sit there and watch their cleaning crew clean the house? Or so that we could watch their maintenance crew fix the bedroom and bathroom door so that we could close it? No thank you.

We absolutely loved this home. It was so quiet even though it is really close to the interstate. Beds were super comfortable. Had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. Will definitely book here again for future visits.
Amazing Airbnb
Close to the action!! Was just over a mile walk to downtown Nashville (Broadway Street). Not a bad walk at all. Better than parking downtown and having to pay a fortune to park. Could also walk to several other parts of town, such as a whiskey distillery, park, and farmers market.
Clogged Shower The shower in the master bedroom clogs, the water fills up about 2.5-3 inches so you're just soaking in water while showering.

We stayed for a quick weekend in Nashville! They didn’t miss the mark on anything! The house was very nice, the decor and furnishings were done very nicely and the outside spaces were nice to enjoy! The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had as well. Location is an easy Uber ride to Broadway! We will totally try to stay here again next time we are in town!
