Great place to stay with large family! Super clean. Convenient to everything in Nashville and surrounding area. Management was promptly responsive to questions. We would stay in the Vrbo home again.

We loved our time at The Hamilton. The house is an older home, but clean and functional. It was just what we needed without too many "extra" things that we had to worry about children accidently damaging. My children were thrilled with the decks of cards with which to play games. The seating was somewhat limited, only 6 dining room chairs and 1 couch in the living room, with another bench/stool. It also wasn't clear on the listing that the high chair and pack n play was an additional cost, but they let me know before they charged me, so I could decline the original request. Also, their response time to questions was very timely. Perfect location; close to down town and within walking distance to bus stops and coffee shops, but a quiet neighborhood. Definitely would recommend!

Very convenient location for our family visit to Nashville. We were never far from our destinations with many destinations only 10 - 15 minutes away.

We booked last minute due to a family emergency. Honestly, you guys made things easy for booking check in and check out. It was just what my niece needed for the week and we very much appreciate it.

The neighborhood is not comfortably walkable because sidewalks are not available throughout for a safe, enjoyable walk. Traffic is also loud and close. The house is quite nice, especially the bathrooms, which have been upgraded since the house was built. The kitchen is well-equipped with a big fridge and nice pots and kitchenware. The primary bedroom is very nice with a comfortable bed. The queen-sized bed in one of the rooms is quite uncomfortable because some of the slats are missing. No closets in the 2 side bedrooms. The 2nd bathroom door does not lock. Comfortable seating in the TV room consists only of a couch that seats 3. The wooden dining room table is comfortable and quite nice for family gathering. Good wifi.

Great little spot for getaway weekend of my crew of 6! Some of us walked alot to Broadway, some of us ubered. Little neighborhood outside the busy spots. House is your typical modern flip and a few fixer upper edges, from a management team. Had a great trip and Would come back again!

Everything was amazing! The location is perfect - about 10/15 minutes from broadway, east Nashville, and it felt like everything fun! My friends and I would walk around the neighborhood and found so many cute coffee shops and restaurants. Thank yall so much◡̈

We enjoyed the space and the room it had to offer our group! Easily could accommodate more with the couch and air mattresses. It was a great location and just a quick Uber ride away from Broadway and all the things. We enjoyed the neighborhood and felt safe.

Overall had a good stay at this Hallson location. Host(s) were responsive and able to answer any questions we had, and were also able to accommodate early check in and late check out for a fee. This place could really use a deep clean of the bathrooms, walls, etc which would have elevated the experience for our group.

Donald's place is perfect for a group of younger people looking for a place to stay near downtown Nashville! It's in a solid neighborhood, close to a number of good restaurants, and includes all of the essentials for a short term stay. The house has multiple high quality air mattresses, which are perfect if you don't want to sleep on the couch. The house is on the older side and has a few odds and ends that aren't obvious from the pictures. All of the bedroom doors do not lock/close properly, and the shared bathroom door only stays shut with a small piece of velcro! One of the closet doors also was on the wrong side of the hinges - we couldn't open it up to get the extra bedsheets inside. No dealbreakers, but good things to know. All in all, I would still recommend Donald's place - it's affordable, in a solid location, and has plenty of room for a fun time!

We (4 of us) stayed here for a long weekend. It was relatively clean and a nice layout. The furniture in the living room is not very comfortable and we were unable to watch live football on the TV. Also we did not know we had to park in the back alley but once we found it the parking was good. Felt very safe and check in was easy. Walked to a distillery near by which was lots of fun. Used Uber to get everywhere and that worked great!

We had a great stay in Nashville. The house was perfect for our needs. We had a sweet welcome package and the owner was very responsive to our needs. It's close to everything. It was cheaper to uber than drive and park. The master bedroom in the back of the house was not as warm as the rest of the house but still comfortable enough. My only suggestion would be the steps transitioning from kitchen to the back room-and the laundry room .. the tiles blend into the steps and could easily cause someone to miss the steps and trip-something to draw attention to this would be helpful. This is a pet friendly home, there was some animal hair on the couch. I would definitely stay here again. It was a wonderful weekend!!

Great getaway! Everything we needed and super close to broadway! It was nice that we were able to bring our two dogs as well. We all felt very safe in the home.

This house was perfect for our 5 adults and a dog. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The beds were comfortable, and the A/C worked great (once we realized that the thermostat in the living room didn't control it!) The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable, and a 10-minute drive or Uber from Broadway. There was off-street parking for 2 cars, and the backyard was semi fenced in. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an issue that we communicated to Donald and he went above and beyond to resolve our issue. The home is nice with a decent yard for our small dogs to roam around. Extremely close to Broadway. We enjoyed our stay at this home and you will too.

It was a good place but it was old and definitely needed updating. Only one couch for all the guests, not enough seating for all the guests. Overall just very old and overpriced at $400 per night. There were positives and the host was excellent and very responsive.

While the place was as advertised, and in a good location, the lock system was not functioning upon arrival though they did answer a phone call at 10:30 PM and gave me an alternative way in, and replaced the lock the next day. The wi-fi instructions were wrong, and required me reaching out multiple times to rectify. The bathroom had dead bugs all over the sink despite everything else looking cleaned and folded. There was a streak of hair gel or something on one of the beds, but I just put the pillow over it and dealt with it. I am not a fussy person, and feel that the stay was fine for the price we paid, but I could easily see a high strung person having serious issues with the stay. They did a great job on 90% of having the place ready, but needed some extra attention to detail for the last 10%. I hope the company behind this place respectfully considers this critique while understanding that overall, I have good things to say about the place and the company.

Thought it was a bit pricey for the location, but It’s a cute place that needs a little fixing here and there. We were comfortable while we were there just wish there were things to do within walking distance. Donald and his staff were very pleasant and helpful to deal with. All in all good place to stay. Great little house! Convenient location and just a quick uber ride! The home was nice. Be careful of the transisitions in the floor definitely a tripping hazard 😆 we had brought an extra air mattress but we had 10 girls and we fit in all bedrooms, couch and 2 air mattress. We did have a problem with ants all weekend in the kitchen but spray was provided. Host very responsive

Amazing place! It fit 8 of us comfortably and just a short drive to everywhere we needed to be. Under a 10 minute Uber to Broadway and 17 minutes from the airport. I recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Nashville!!

We had a good stay. Everything was there that we needed. Better than staying in a hotel. Check in and check out instructions were easy to follow. Not far from downtown Nashville which made an Uber cheap. Thank you Donald best wishes Norma & Paul

Good location, felt safe and was one of the few places we could find to fit our group of 3 couples. Place was clean, only complaint (which is not important really, but worth mentioning) is that there are lots of little cosmetic or functional repairs needed. Overall very happy though.

Upon checking in we found a spider in one of the beds. Also some hair in the same bed. The windows wouldn’t raise up for fresh air. I was expecting a lot better with this being my 50th birthday. Not enough lighting behind the house where parking is available and that didn't seem safe. The pictures on the site are out dated. The house doesn't look anything like the pictures on the website. All of this has almost ruined my birthday it was very embarrassing.

The house is in a great location and close to everything. The house does not have many outlets near the master bed but we made it work. The team is very responsive and even delivered a pumpkin pie for thanksgiving. Overall I highly recommend this location or any property this team represents. Thank you again for helping us make holiday memories to last a lifetime.

This place was perfect for our girls trip! Location was perfect for short Ubers to all the popular places as well.

The house was as described. Nice and convenient neighborhood. The service by Donald and his team was phenomenal! This was greatly appreciated. It was one less thing for us to worry about while we had to extend our stay in Nashville due to an unforeseen emergency. We had to book this rental the day of and the communication was quick and excellent. They were very accommodating. Would definitely stay with host again.

Great place , location was near the project we were working on. Host was very attentive and communication was wonderful. Ask for a longer stay and changing reservation was simple on the app for Air BNB.

Great location

Older home that needs some work. House needs a deep clean. Shower curtain was moldy and some of the closets are broken. Has peeling paint in areas.Bring your own shower items as they only supply a few hotel size items.Communication was very good and check in was easy.

I have never written a bad review and hesitate to do so. I would not recommend this house. It looks much nicer in photos than real life and was very disappointing. It smells terrible. The A/C does not cool the whole house. We tried to spend as little time as possible here. This house is in need of major updating. It is very old with a fresh coat of paint and a magnificent photographer. Floors are dirty and gross, bathrooms are very outdated and many doors/closets/baseboards broken. There are cheap blinds on windows for privacy but the sun shines brightly at 6am and there is no sleeping in. There appears to be water damage in kitchen and window sills are filthy and filled with dead bugs. You park in the back alley and have to walk past a dilapidated garage filled with junk to access the house. Again, I have never written a negative review but this house was very disappointing. I am shocked that it has as many positive reviews as it does. It’s a dump and shouldn’t be on Airbnb.

House offered more then one place to stay having multiple inflatable beds to fit more people then what the beds offer

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The space did not match the description in the listing, and upon arrival I noticed it hadn’t been properly cleaned, there was visible dust and dirt throughout. There were also flies everywhere, which made it very uncomfortable. I feel the photos and details on the listing didn’t accurately reflect the actual condition of the place. With a deep clean and some updates, this property could improve, but as it is right now, I would not stay here again.

Positive: Kitchen facilities are great. Negative: Items such as bed sheets and pillows had stains and are worn down. Dust under beds and couch was likely never cleaned.

Walking distance from Downtown Nashville. Good interior design. Very accommodating. Safe location. Parking spot in back, although we did take a lot of Ubers. We had everything we needed here and we were comfortable!

Pro’s: - Great location-close to pretty much EVERYTHING - ubering to broadway was about $7, but of course, if you leave around 12am it’s gonna bump up to $28 - VERY comfortable beds - even the sofa bed - clean space - easily accessible - Very responsive host(s) - every concern I had was responded to in less than and hour, and it would be pretty late too that I would reach out, so I am very appreciative of that - basic necessities - towels, sheets, soap - host(s) we’re very gracious with the check out please note that you can tell the house is older, but you can see they the host put in effort to make it look very nice inside and out. Cons: - most doors don’t close easily or at all, main bathroom door uses a latch and the door ends up leaving a slight opening but enough to see if someone was in there - the is a crack in the floor/in the door that allows ants to come in

This place worked perfect for a long weekend in Nashville! It was centrally located from all the places we wanted to visit! The house is older and has its quirks but we had no issues. Not having to park on the street was a plus. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. We are so glad we booked here and hope to be back!

So all in all the place was nice. It is dated and could use some upgrades. The location is great and it was less expensive to use uber than to rent a car and pay to park everywhere we went.

The location was not far from the plans we had. Most of the things we planned were within two miles of the address. The pictures do look nicer than the house itself. You could tell there is a lot of maintenance needed. It is an older house. That comes with the territory. The AC was loud and in the backroom the AC didn’t seem to work. The rest of the house stayed cool. There was dog hair on the furniture, didn’t check before and we didn’t realize the listing allowed pets (our mistake). The house did what it needed to do in terms of location but the pictures led us to believe it was nicer than what it actually was. I guess the location is what drives the price. I wanted to rate 3.5 but can’t so I rounded up. They were very responsive and helpful when necessary.

Cute home in a great location We loved our stay. The house was in a great location, close to downtown. Amenities were as shown in the photos. We especially loved the bottle of wine and snacks provided by the host.

The house definitely has some quirks but it was very comfortable! Any problems we discovered and reported were dealt with in a very timely manner. The hosts were very responsive. I would definitely consider staying there again. Thanks so much for everything!

As a first-time visitor to Nashville, I am so happy we chose this home to stay in. It was clean, safe, and local to all the fun spots! Donald was so helpful and accommodating to our needs. Responded within the hour to any questions we had. We stayed very comfortable with 4 adults. I would recommend this house if you're traveling to Nashville!! We will defiantly stay here again if we come back.

Very comfortable house for 6. We had 7 and couch didn't pull out so it wasnt a good sleep for an adult. Wonderful quiet neighborhood and we felt right at home. Thank you and we will be returning.

Read the reviews, the majority are spot on. There are some very inexpensive fixes that could be done to increase the stay. Easy things like extra bedrooms have NO STORAGE, a few inexpensive dressers would be nice. Kitchen has enough plates/dishes to serve 20 plus people but only 4 forks. No cutting boards which just saves the counters, etc. Little inexpensive things that could up the place. However, on the positive side....hot water was amazing, towels were plenty and great. Ease to Broadway was excellent. Large yard. Felt safe in the neighborhood. The company that manages the property was quick to respond to WIFI issues and follow up. The door code never worked on the side entry only the front door, but to the management company's defense we never asked about it or asked to have it corrected, we just used front door. All in all the stay worked for us at the price we paid.

Did the job Definitely worked for our stay. The place could use some work (some of the doors are unable to close including a bedroom and a bathroom) otherwise it had everything you need for a great stay.

The house is spacious with 3 nice sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen. It's well appointed, but it's an older house, in need of some updating and repairs. Our biggest issue was the lack of closets and dressers in 2 bedrooms. The staff brought more hangers, which helped, but we never got the luggage racks that were promised. Having to work from our bags on the floor was not first rate. The air conditioner stopped working one night, which made it hot to sleep. The staff did bring in a repair person the next day, which was greatly appreciated. The house is very well located for all things Nashville. The communication with the various staff members was excellent.

Everything turned out perfect it was exactly how it was described look just like the pictures. I had no issues checking in and it was very easy to fine. It was a great weekend would definitely come back.

Great location with several coffee shops, bars, and restaurants all within blocks. The house was in good shape and exactly as advertised. Donald and his team were very responsive to us and were willing to help us try to extend our stay when we asked. Would definitely recommend!

House is overall in great condition and in a great location. Donald was very responsive to a minor maintenance issue we experienced during our stay and had someone out first thing the next morning

We were so happy with our stay here. It was far enough out of town that it was quiet and peaceful, in a nice area, and a very quick and cheap Uber into town. It was very clean and we loved the decor. They had a lot of the essentials stocked in the house which was nice. We didn’t check in until after 11pm and there were no issues it was super easy. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Great place at a great location. The house is very close to downtown Nashville and the airport. Just about anything in Nashville is a short Uber ride from the house. Donald was a very good host, he even offered early check in. Really appreciate how quickly he responded and addressed my questions/concerns.

Donald’s AirBNB was just what we needed and he even helped us when we had a personal emergency come up.

Overall really good stay, the team was proactive and always answered our questions. There was a stain on the bed sheet but I think that was more of the cleaning crew missing something…would recommend them and stay again.
