Brought in my family to visit one of my sons for the weekend. Excellent place to stay, close to gulch but also downtown, quick Uber rides to anywhere in Nashville. House has a lot of character and a great layout for several people to visit and relax. Solid place to stay while in town, we enjoyed our stay!
We had a great stay at this home! Everything was clean and well equipped for our family of five to stay comfortably, and the kitchen was nicely stocked for us to be about to cook dinner. The hosting company was also extremely helpful and responsive to any inquiries. Would stay again!
We had a wonderful stay at this home while in town for a college graduation. Home was well stocked and as described in pictures. All beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room for our family. Host was very responsive and flexible which we appreciated. Would not hesitate to book again or recommend. Thank you!

Great location! Uber and Lyft rides were only 7-20 to attractions. Place was spacious and well-stocked for our family of four. Safe neighborhood and only minutes from downtown. We would absolutely stay here again.
Great location and comfortable house, great if traveling with family, many rooms to choose from! We like the walkable neighborhood and close proximity and short drives to either downtown or over to 12 Ave South restaurants and shopping. We are looking forward to renting again!
Nashville Family Trip My family stayed in Nashville while my son attended baseball camp at Vanderbilt. This house was a perfect location and easy drive to Vanderbilt everyday. The management company was easy to get ahold of and very attentive. House layout was fantastic and quite deceiving from the outside. We had little ones and the layout was perfect.
The listing and the reviews were right on target. It was super clean, I really appreciated that there was a full set of linens laid out for everybody. I travel with my parents who had booked hotel acommodations for us but we would have been right on top of each other. So, I requested we move to booking this place instead and everyone thanked me afterward. There was so much space for everyone. The kids had fun with the foosball table, and my husbandʻs family are very musical, so they enjoyed playing the ukulele and guitar there. We were only there for 2 nights so we didnʻt get to spend much time exploring the neighborhood but it was super quiet and peaceful. The first night I was up super late, and did hear a train whistle in the middle of the night, but you didnʻt hear once you were sleeping. Itʻs 3 stories. There are two bathrooms and one bathroom is through the master bedroom on the top floor. My parents always have tons of demands and requests but the host was so helpful!
Our family had a lovely stay for Christmas. The house was beautiful, exactly as described. The lovely kitchen area made it a very homey Christmas. The location to downtown Nashville was excellent and Brandon was very receptive to our questions. I would highly recommend the Magnolia House for your stay in Nashville.

Mother’s Day Weekend We stayed at the Magnolia House for Mother’s Day weekend and hosted a special dinner for our moms. The home was as beautiful and clean as the photos indicate. The check-in process was smooth and the team provided excellent communication from booking through checkout. The neighborhood was quiet and close to downtown. The proximity to the freeways made it easy for us to travel throughout Middle Tennessee to visit with family and friends. We’re originally from Nashville and come to town frequently, we would love to stay at the Magnolia House again!
Brandon’s place was extremely nice! Very clean and was the perfect layout for our big family! The neighborhood was lovely and so close to so many great restaurants and coffee shops. We were a 10/15 minute drive to most places! Would stay there again next time we are in Nashville!
We LOVED the house! There was 6 of us who came in for a retreat and it was the perfect spot, everyone had enough space, the house was pristine and the communication top notch. I would absolutely stay here again.

Where to start! Exactly what was posted to a T. The neighborhood and the neighbors were met where noce and welcomed us, chatted with us etc. Help us with parking and on nigh my truck window was down i the rain and knocked on the door to tell us. The house it self was perfect for us 6. More than enough sleeping room, 2 living rooms for different movies or different conversations. One thing I still laugh at... We are not piano players lol. Overall the 10 days or something we stayed. everything was PERFECT!!!!
This is a nice area and plenty of space for our small group. Having the separate living rooms was really nice for seating. I also appreciated that the house was well stocked and while we did buy extra toilet paper, we didn’t need to. The coffee, wine, etc. was a really nice touch. Our only recommendation is to get a dehumidifier since it’s an older home, but we definitely will look at staying here next year.

I loved this Airbnb. I came to Nashville with a group of girls and we all fit like a glove in this home. It was super clean and had wonderful beds. If I ever visit Nashville again i will 100% be reaching back out to Brandon!
For the convenience of a quick weekend trip to Nashville, this house was ideal. Very comfortable and set up to accommodate a good sized group. It’s definitely not a party house due to noise restrictions. However, our group preferred to be out on the town and the house was a short Uber ride to Broadway.

We came to Nashville for the race at the Fairgrounds Speedway. The house is less than half a mile from the Speedway so it was perfect for us. Excellent communication. Easy check-in with safe neighborhood. Super clean house. I love when the host provides the basics like TP, paper towels, coffee, etc! Our only complaint was bathrooms. House will sleep 12 people but only has 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom is upstairs with one of the bathrooms connected which means the other 10 people have to share one smaller bathroom downstairs. My advice? Book the house because its awesome and make a schedule for showers!
This wasn't the original Airbnb we had planned, but due to the ice storm, Hallson Hospitality was able to work with us to find a house we could stay in. It was beautiful and great for a large group of people! The neighborhood was safe and in a great location. We even had a basket of great goodies, coffee and wine waiting for us.
This house was exactly what we needed! Enough beds and space for our big group. Very nice neighborhood with dogs walking by all the time! Walkable areas, also can scooter around the area. Ubers were very cheap to downtown. We all had a blast, did not even need to reach out during the stay but they were proactive and I knew they would help if I needed it. The upstairs bedroom was great but got pretty warm.
Perfect location This house was perfect for a week’s stay for 12 of us. The house was big enough, the location was near everything we wanted to do. It was clean and up to date, beds were super comfortable! We couldn’t have asked for a better house for our vacation! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at the Magnolia House. Eight of us slept comfortably- the kitchen was clean and beautiful and had whatever we needed. The location was close to everything. Brandon was super responsive whenever we had a question.

The Magnolia House is great! Brandon, Naomi, and the rest of the team were extremely responsive and very thorough with any and all information needed before check in. They also followed up within the first day or two just to check in and make sure everything was going well. The house itself is adorable. The beds were very comfortable and the two living rooms were great for relaxing at the end of the day. If you like to cook, the large Bertazzoni range is a such a fun amenity and very easy to use! There are a lot of great restaurants and distilleries/breweries in Wedgewood-Houston! Many of which are walkable from this location. You really can't go wrong!
This house was a fantastic find for our girls weekend. Great location to do and see all the Nashville sights. Plenty of room with a perfect second living area. The host was super responsive. We would definitely stay here again!
We LOVED our stay! We had 7 girls and all fit comfortably, not to mention the beds and sheets were some of the best I’ve slept in at a bnb. Super easy to check-in and out, house is about a 10 min drive from a lot of popular spots in Nashville! We even walked around one morning, felt really safe. We’d absolutely stay again!
The house was so cute and perfect for teen girls aka Lots of mirrors and fully stocked. Location was exactly what we needed and close to everything. Zero complaints!!
This is such a great house! The bedrooms are so spacious and private being on 3 different levels. The second living room is such a great option for hanging out when you have a family or group of different ages. The little private office by the master was also such a nice addition for my husband to work remotely. It was also so nice to have a driveway big enough for two cars. Would love to stay here again sometime!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in the WeHo neighborhood of Nashville. The house was a great size, with very comfortable beds and quality linens. The only thing we couldn’t find was some surface cleaner, but we gladly picked some up and left it for future guests. Hallson is truly a first-class operation—they know how to treat people kindly and make the experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Perfect The Magnolia House was a perfect spot for a week in Nashville. It is close to downtown and nearby the highway to get around the city. The house itself was spacious. Any questions we had were answered quickly by the host. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Nashville.
Perfect stay 5 min. from Broadway The house was a pleasure to stay in. We were pleased to walk in to a clean and nicely decorated house. The extra touches of a welcome package and and prepared towels sets were a pleasant surprise. The beds were so comfortable as well. Thank you for such a comfortable stay!
This was a great little house to stay in! Lots of room to be with people but also able to be separate! It had great appliances! The only thing we needed were more blankets cause it was chilly even with the heat

Beautiful home, just was not up to our standard of cleanliness what so ever. The toilet seat was broken in one of the bathrooms, a dead worm was in plain sight in a bedroom and there was dirt in the bathroom by register.
The location of the house as perfect. Close to downtown but quiet and calm. The house had what we needed, though the description stated there was a grill. We found out the day before our arrival that there wasn’t a grill. We still had a great stay. Brandon and the team were responsive to all of our questions, and they quickly fixed a leak in the sink kitchen. We would stay here again and recommend this house to friends.

The home is nestled on the corner of a quiet neighborhood. We made friends quickly with the neighbor across the street who had a golden retriever named Parker. He wanted us to come play ball with him. We did every day we were there. Back to the home. The front porch has chairs to sit on outside and enjoy the nice breeze. When you walk into the home there is a living room area with tv and fireplace. The kitchen is clean with updated appliances. There was a personal note with a bottle of nice Cabernet and cookies left on the table. All the beds were extremely comfortable. You can definately tell they upgraded the mattresses. The linens and sheets were cozy and comfortable. This home is close enough to downtown via car or Uber and far away from noise and people partying. I would LOVE to stay in this home again when I come back to Nashville!

Location and Communication The location between the property and the sites was extremely convenient….less than a 15.00 Uber or Lift (ea. way). Also, property management stayed in constant contact and was always available with a response in less than 30 minutes. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Great location, great layout, beautiful space, and comfy beds! We had a group of 5. The driveway was very convenient for parking our three cars. The house had a great vibe, nice finishes and comfortable beds. Our only complaint would be that we were unable to get the internet to work on one of the televisions. However, the other tv worked great! I would easily choose this house again!

Great place lots of rooms to sleep. Fridge and freezer weren’t on when we arrived so that took awhile to cool off for our groceries. Very responsive host let us check in early! Comfy beds and couches great location.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was as described and very clean! Communication from Brandon and his team was great as they would reach daily to make sure our stay was going well. They even left us a bottle of wine and some cookies which was awesome! The area was also perfect. Only a short 6-7 minute Uber into down town and was walkable to several nice little areas. The street was quiet and clean and we had zero issue. All in all I would 100% recommend and we will certainly be looking stay here again when we return to visit Nashville in the future.

The house looked just like the pictures! Came with everything you may need. In a very nice neighborhood, there is some construction going on nearby but it wasn’t bothersome to us. Short lyft/uber ride to everything. Communication was great, everything I needed to know I was able to access before arriving. Great stay and would stay there again.
