Great weekend stay for our group of nine. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for everyone. The sauna was a great experience that makes this property stand out from the rest. Management was very responsive to my questions about WiFi and late checkout request. I highly recommend this property!

Great Airbnb! Perfect for our group - plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms and space to spread out during the weekend, but also lots of common areas for us to all gather in. We loved the rooftop patio space and kitchen especially. The Airbnb was super clean and close to all the Nashville attractions, plus the area felt safe. Definitely recommend!

I am a Nashville native and needed a bigger place to host friends for the weekend. This was the perfect spot! The pictures don't do justice, and the hosts were so lovely and quickly responsive to our questions. It's located in such a great part of town, and we ended up walking to 12 South twice during our stay. It was spacious, while still feeling homey and connected to other guests, clean and smelled amazing, and was just the perfect fun and cozy vibe we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This property is exactly as described. The space is beautifully maintained in a fantastic area close to Belmont University, restaurants and retail stores. The property was spotless, with a nice, fully equipped kitchen, great living room and comfy bedrooms each with its own full bathroom. There is also a half bathroom off the kitchen.The hosts at Hallson Hospitality were very professional, always available when needed and quite helpful. Our group enjoyed using the pool table. The rooftop deck is fantastic which included an outdoor sauna and fire table.

Our group of 10 really enjoyed our stay! Location was very close to restaurants, Belmont University, and minutes from downtown Nashville. \n\nThe three level unit has 4 large bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. In addition, there is a fifth bedroom on the top floor that has two very solid bunk beds and a nearby full bathroom. \n\nWe enjoyed the two living areas, board games, complimentary coffee and wine, pool table, and third level outdoor seating. We didn’t use the sauna, but that is a nice feature. \n\nWe were able to squeeze 3 vehicles in the driveway, which was nice.\n\nOur only negative was the low water pressure. \n\nHost was very responsive and easy to communicate with and answer questions. \n\nWe definitely recommend!

The Waylan was great for our friend’s trip to Nashville. Having our own bedrooms with our own bathrooms was amazing! We were able to check-in early which was a huge help since we did not rent a car. Only a few minor issues, but the company was very responsive on taking care of the tasks. We would definitely stay again!

The AirBNB was an excellent place to stay for our group. The maximize space with the plentiful amounts of beds made it very comfortable for our group. I'd highly recommend this place to any Nashville visiters. It was also a very accessible place as well in regards to the proximity to Downtown, Convenient Stores, and others. We appreciate the stay and look forward to the next one!

We LOVED our stay! Not often do you find a place with a bathroom connected to every single room! The beds were comfy and the bathrooms pristine. The sauna didn’t work during our stay but that wasn’t a big deal. The rooftop was awesome and we had a few meals up there together. We actually decided to have more evenings at the house rather than out on broadway because it was so cozy.

Okies in Nashville The house was exactly as listed which made it just what we wanted. We did a few Nashville tours, enjoyed some time with friends in the area and the friends that came with us. The house was very clean and stocked with the essentials, even shampoo, conditioner and bath soap in every bathroom. Would definitely recommend this house and would stay there again.

Great place for groups!

Great My childhood friends and I had a terrific time staying at the house. Extremely well kept. Super comfortable beds. The pool table and upstairs deck were really nice areas to hang out around. And the location was safe. Truly appreciated the easy and helpful communication with management, as well. Would definitely return. Thanks!

The Waylon was perfect for our weekend in Nashville. We were two couples and two singles so the set up was perfect. We loved having both the kitchen/living area to hang out in as well as the third level den with pool table and comfy sofa. Beds were comfortable and the whole house was super clean. The location was great for being able to walk to Belmont University and down 12th Ave South as well. Great stay and we'd come again for sure, thank you, Laura

Friend Reunion The property was everything we needed! There were 4 couples and we all wanted private baths and this fit the bill! We cooked one meal and the appliances were great. It truly was perfect for our group. Location close to Broadway (10 minutes) was nice. Only slight negative is that if you have more than 2 vehicles, you have to park on the street and that is limited. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect!

Cool place, great space for a group to stay and explore Nashville. Awesome upstairs and balcony. Not far from both 12 South or Broadway, quick Uber ride. Pictures showed the Buckhunter arcade game upstairs but unfortunately wasn’t there which was a little disappointing. Early check-in is a bit of a money grab, which we paid for but the cleaning service wasn’t even complete when we arrived. The host did contact me and got the cleaners back to finish, but I was still charged for early check-in. Overall great place to stay, host is responsive, and instructions are easy to follow.

We had a fabulous stay! The airbnb is quite spacious and had a ton of bathrooms which came in handed with 10 girls! In terms of location, you do need to Uber to broadway, but 12 south is walkable. The airbnb was clean and had everything we needed. No complaints :)

Great house for multiple couples. We had an awesome time in Nashville and had a perfect place to land when we got done for the day. Only problem was poor water pressure in the showers.

Brandon and his team were great to work with (easy instructions, responsive, friendly, proactive, etc...). The house was great for a group of 6 guys in for a football game. 5 separate bedrooms and plenty of room for the group. Rooftop balcony was a bonus. Bit of a walk to some of the action but a great place to stay.

Great place for our family vacation! Everyone had their own room and own bathrooms in their rooms. A lot of stairs since there is three levels, but plenty of space to spread out. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of extra blankets, pillows, and towels if needed. Overall we loved our stay and would stay here again!

This property is better than we anticipated. It had enough room for our family to spread out and gave us space to hang out. They also had games and activities to keep our kids and us busy. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great stay! Our family loved our stay. The place was beautiful, clean and had a ton of amenities. The host was great, any question I had was answered almost immediately. I also like that although I was renting a house, the place still had hotel-like amenities, ie shampoo, makeup remover etc in the bathrooms. I would recommend this listing to anyone!

Really enjoyed our stay with Hallson Hospitality in Nashville! The house was very well appointed/decorated and was a fantastic setup for our whole family to get together. The downstairs has a lovely master bedroom and a great living room/kitchen, the second floor has the other four primary bedrooms (all with bathrooms en-suite), and the third floor has a killer hangout area with a 75” tv + pool table as well as a bonus room with bunk beds/desk. We loved the different areas and it was super useful to have the separate living room spaces as we had small kids with us + several adults. Overall super pleased with everything and the communication/responsiveness was great.

Excellent location by Belmont! Beautiful, clean, spacious, perfect for our family while in town for our son’s wedding! Highly recommend.

The place was great! Worked super well for our family of 4 plus 3 additional travel companions. The only down side was the tight street parking and lots of loud fire/ambulances throughout the night, nothing a sound machine couldn’t drown out, but us country folk were easily awoken.

It was a great experience for Christmas, it was in the perfect area for downtown activities and very spacious for my family Vacation trip. Highly recommend this Home away from Home.

We enjoyed our stay at The Waylon. It was a perfect fit for our group of 9. We were in town to work/service at a couple\nchurches and the Rescue Mission. There was plenty of space for the group, great gathering areas, large kitchen for meals, plenty of bathrooms for getting ready for the day/evening. The Sauna and pool\nTable were extra bonuses.

Nice location with easy access to Nashville sights. Very clean and easy communication to host. The 8 of us were comfortable and plenty of room for group as well as privacy when needed. Great place!! Thanks for the welcome treats!

Couldn’t recommend this host enough! They were so flexible and responsive. We comfortably fit 12 people in this Airbnb with no concern for lack of space. We loved having two living areas as well. There are three floors so there was a lot of going up and down the stairs, but this seems to be the style of most airbnbs in the area. Also, everyone in the group said the beds were super comfortable so that was a great plus.

Was a perfect place for our group of 10. The house was super clean and it’s actually 5 bedrooms as the bunks are on 3rd floor and have a door and separate bathroom up there- we loved the house! Quick Uber ride to Broadway- about 10 minutes give or take! House looks exactly like the pictures- loved our stay! I would highly recommend!

The Waylon house was great! We had 8 adults and a toddler with plenty of space. Comfy beds and a bathroom in every bedroom, definitely a plus. The rooftop deck was perfect for afternoon gatherings. Brandon was very responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again!

Extremely responsive and accommodating hosts. The house is beautiful and is exactly as the pictures show. It was very clean and I loved that the AC was set nice and low for our arrival. It fit our group of 10 women perfectly. Having a shower for every bedroom is wonderful! Uber rides to other areas were quick and reasonably priced. It's an easy walk to the 12 South area. I highly recommend this rental for large groups. The only criticism I have is the shower pressure. Having enough showers for a group of 10 women is great, but having almost no shower pressure was disappointing. Even when only one shower was being used, there was very little pressure. That said, I would not let it keep me from staying here again if I had a large group. Nothing is perfect and this place comes as close as you can get.

Great place for a bachelor trip!

Best place to stay!! The hosts were simply amazing, the place was beautiful and spotless, and it was even better than the pictures!! Would recommend this to anyone and will definitely be using in the future as well!! We had a bachelorette party of 12 and there was still so much room !! Loved love love !

I will book with Brandon anywhere he has an Airbnb. I would recommend to all my family & friends. This house was beautiful, even more than what the pictures showed. The neighborhood was beautiful, clean & peaceful. The location was walkable, but if you wanted to go into town it was only 5 mins away. I will be going back next year. Very Clean, Comfortable feels just like home. Great place to celebrate my 50th birthday with my Golden Ladies.

Great place This was a wonderful place. Plenty of space for three couples. Every room had its own bathroom. It looked brand new, was very clean, and perfect for a Thanksgiving get-together. The property managers were awesome; they even left us a bittle of wine and a pumpkin pie! I will definitely stay there again when in Nashville.

Very nice location convenient to all the things with short Uber ride to Broadway. Clean and comfortable for multiple couples to each have a space and plenty of common areas to enjoy. Lots of stairs so best for mobile individuals, however, the main floor has all you need if stairs are an issue.

Wonderful place! We felt right at home and would highly recommend it to others. The house was beautifully decorated, just as the pictures. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. Location was great, within walking distance to an awesome coffee house and it felt safe to take my dogs for a walk before sunrise. Our questions were answered promptly and everyone was courteous.

We stayed here Sunday through Thursday and had a really great experience overall. The place was clean, comfortable, and felt exactly like what we were hoping for. Everything was set up well, and it was easy to settle in right away. The host was very communicative, which made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Check-in was easy, and any questions we had were answered quickly. The location was a big plus. It’s really close to grocery stores, which made things super convenient, and getting to the Gulch and downtown was quick and easy. We never felt like we were far from anything we wanted to do, but it was still nice to come back to a quieter space at the end of the day. The space itself felt well taken care of and had everything we needed for a smooth stay. No issues at all while we were there, which always makes a difference. Overall, really solid spot and a great experience. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great house

This townhouse was phenomenal! The pictures were true to life and this space was intentional about the details. Plenty of linen were provided, and the daily use items (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc) were available in amounts suitable for the number of people in our party, for the full duration of our visit. I will certainly refer this space to others.

Nashville Nice house. We enjoyed our stay. Internet could be better it was hard to watch any TV.

House exceeded expectation. Quiet neighborhood. Sammy was fantastic to answer questions. Even helped me navigate television. Would create cheat sheet for television and leave for use of each new arrival. Would stay here again.

Lots of space through the house. Closets were huge…easy to unpack in and freed the rooms of normal travel clutter. Very clean. We loved the roof top patio.

The Waylon is an home with lots of locations close The home is very close to all attractions in Nashville by. Uber and Lyft rides were only $7 to $10 to all major locations and tourist spots, including Bars and Restaurants on Broadway. It is Close to beautiful Belmont and not far from Vanderbilt University and the Parthenon. The staff was quickly responsive to any and all questions or concerns. I will definitely stay there in near future

A truly perfect stay - you may expect to not be in the place often because of everything there is to do in Nashville but you also won’t want to leave this Airbnb! Very spacious, private bathrooms for each room, beautiful rooftop for photos or relaxing before heading to Broadway. Very clean, modern styling and stocked appropriately. Overall a 10/10 stay!

What a beautiful home! We didn’t want for anything the whole time we were there. The common areas are beautifully decorated and the bedrooms are all so warm and comfortable. We loved that every room had its own private bathroom. And the pool table was a bonus.

Brandon‘s house was very beautiful. Clean, spacious and very meticulous decorated. My only complaint, which is not a huge one, is, there was no television service, other than streaming movies, and such. We could get no local television or national television stations.   Other than that. Fantastic place to stay. 

Cute condo. Was close to downtown and plenty of entertainment. We all had an amazing time.

Nashville get-a-way. Great place, very clean, everything you need for a great get a way.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Waylan! We cooked a couple of meals on the gas stove and they were perfect! Everyone had their own private bed and bath which was also perfect. Having a driveway with space for 2 cars was great. Uber was easy and we were so close to everything fun in NashVegas! The pool table and video game in the third floor were fun. Brandon was very responsive when needed. We definitely hope to be back!

What a beautiful home! Everything was as described. Brandon’s team was incredibly helpful and checked in regularly to make sure we didn’t need anything. The whole process from my last minute rental to the leaving the property was completely seamless! If I’m ever back in town I’ll be looking for this place again.
