Very responsive host. Great space for our large group. Enjoyed the roof top.

We had a great time and loved the house, plenty of space for our group of 11. The host was super helpful and responsive.

We were 9 people and this was a perfect amount of space for us. Nice little outdoor space. There is a coffee shop and Smoothie King nearby. Uber very reasonable as it is hilly and not ideal to walk to Broadway.

Beautiful and spacious The Willie is an immaculate, spacious and overall great place to stay with a larger group. Everyone had a room or bed with a bathroom. The rooftop was so fun to hang out and felt like a bonus room. We took Ubers to go out in Nashville and the prices ranged from 8 rides to 25 depending on time of day. It took us 5 minutes or so to get to the fun bars downtown. We also loved walking through Belmont University campus to get coffee and delicious bagels in the morning. That walk took us about 9 minutes but it was a beautiful walk. We were only about 15 minutes from the airport which was convenient too. We stayed from Friday to Monday and it was the perfect amount of time. Communication was top notch if we had any questions or concerns.

Perfect place to stay for a larger group. Plenty of space for everyone and the plentiful restrooms made getting ready super easy. The location was great and the house matched the photos and descriptions.

This was the PERFECT stay! SO close to broadway (where all the bars are) but still a peaceful stay. The place was really cute, clean, perfect for our group of 10! The hosts were kind and responsive. Would stay here again!!

very spacious home ! Accommodated all 12 guest with ease and everyone had everything they needed . Also, the communication was amazing . Super fast responses. My husband even left his wedding ring 😳 and our host let us come back to get it after our check out time with no problem. Also, the location was great for exploring broadway . Only a short uber ride away. Would definitely book again.

The place is just as the pictures appear and great for a large group. It was very clean and comfortable. The area felt safe and was about a 10-12 minute drive to Broadway.

The home was beautiful ! The set up and design was perfect! The only thing we had a problem with was figuring out the exact location from A and B and the check in and out time! Confusing! I would absolutely stay here for a large group! Just make sure you understand the procedures!

We stayed at the Willie with our group of 11 girls for a bachelorette. We LOVED our stay. The house is huge and every bedroom had its own bathroom which made getting ready so easy. The rooftop lounge and deck area was great for a morning yoga class and pre dinner hangouts. The beds were super comfy and it never felt like our group was crowded or on top of each other. Brandon and his team were amazing and so responsive. I would absolutely recommend anyone stay here!!

Brandon’s place was a fantastic place to stay with 8 other girls for my bachelorette. The house is beautiful and was the perfect space for us. Brandon and his team were very communicative and willing to let us have an early check and late check out which was incredibly helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful home located conveniently between 12 south and Broadway. The area felt safe. Easily fit 11 people. Brandon was extremely responsive and very helpful whenever needed!

Overall, the place was great. I didn’t give it 5 stars for a few reasons, but I’m probably pickier than the normal person. There was more than enough space for the 9 of us traveling and the location was great! It was a close drive to all the places we wanted to go. Here are some of the things that knocked it down from 5 stars: 1. The bedroom with the bunk beds didn’t have a way to open the doors from the inside. There weren’t any door handles and so the doors had to remain slightly open. 2. I found a little urine on the bottom of one toilet, which I was able to clean off with the Clorox wipes that were provided. 3. There wasn’t anywhere to hang our jackets. The closets were locked so we ended up draping our jackets on the living room furniture.

Space was large, clean and sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group of 12. We had everything we needed for our stay and appreciated the small details and amenities that was left for us. House was conveniently located within a short drive of all the different neighbourhoods. Thank you Brandon for hosting us and making our trip extra memorable!

The Willie House was wonderful and incredibly accommodating! The entire team at Hallson Hospitality Co was exceptionally responsive and quick to address the couple of minor repairs that came up during our stay. Their communication is truly top notch—friendly, attentive, and thoughtful throughout our visit. We especially appreciated the local family-friendly recommendations they shared, which made our trip even more special. The family and kid amenities (dishes, gates, highchair, etc.) were AMAZING and made traveling with little ones so much easier and more comfortable. This was our second stay at a Hallson Hospitality property, and it reaffirmed why we choose them. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

This was such a perfect place for a family Christmas getaway. We loved that all of the ensuites. The location was really close to 12 South which is our favorite shopping spot in Nashville.

Very nice house. We had plenty of room. Loved that four of the bedrooms were ensuites and the fifth bedroom had a bath right next to it. Bunk beds for the kids were perfect. The rooftop deck was great. Spent all of our time up there. The hosts were very responsive to our requests and communicated quickly. Great location. The neighborhood was just ok, but location was close to everything we did. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our mixed crowd of adults and kids. Everyone was able to retreat or spread out as needed. The couple of minor maintenance issues we had were quickly addressed by Hallson Hospitality's friendly and responsive staff. Nashville was undergoing a heat wave when we visited. Thankfully, we had programmable AC units on multiple floors and stayed cool. The place was clean and conveniently located within either walking distance or a short ride from the various themed sections of Nashville.

Excellent stay for our large group coming for family event. Location was close to everything. The house was very clean and comfortable with lots of space for our family.

We had nothing but good things to say about this house. It looks exactly like the pictures and was perfect for our family vacation. The staff was very responsive and fixed issues right away. Beautiful home. Spacious and had everything we needed to celebrate the holidays. Kitchen well-equipped. Beds very comfortable. Location easy to get to off the highway. Communication excellent. Felt right at home. Great beds…so comfortable. The layout was perfect for group of 6 adults and 5 little ones. We had a great Christmas family getaway and Brandon’s place had a lot to do with that….awesome place. Will be first place I check whenever we return to Nashville.

Great spot with plenty of room for our family

We had 12 guests in the house and there was plenty of room. We were in Nashville for a family weekend. The location is fantastic. It took us about 6 minutes to get to Broadway. Plenty of great restaurants nearby and several grocery stores to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay and will use Brandon again. The only downside was there is no closet or dresser in the master bedroom downstairs. There is nowhere to store your clothes. Other than that everything was top notch.

Great house, great location! Really comfy beds. Plenty of room and loved the upstairs shuffle curl and bar area. The outside deck was great but our weather wasn't. Pretty cold and a little rainy while we were here. Great spot for our family to gather for Christmas. Brandon was excellent as our Wi-Fi went out and he helped call the company to get it reset. Would definitely stay here again with a big group.

Xmas family visit to Nashville, home works out very well for large family gathering. location is just 10 minutes from most things you want to access in Nashville. Our only challenge was timing, we arrived right as temperatures went very cold. this unit and much of Nashville was not designed for 0 temperatures. enjoyed our time and visit would like to return again on warmer timed!

The location of this place is 10/10—being right off 12 South made it so easy to just walk everywhere. It’s a great layout for a group, and we spent a ton of time hanging out in the upstairs lounge and on the rooftop porch. The kitchen was also super functional for us.

Such a great layout. Every bedroom has its own master bath which is key for a large group of couples. Every floor is well thought out and perfectly stocked with whatever you could need. An easy and cheap Uber to the heart of downtown and even an easy drive if you prefer to park and pay. We all would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, large home with tons of bedrooms and bathrooms. Great for a group of friends or a large family getting together for a Nashville reunion. Steps from Music Row and Belmont University; a short walk to the 12th South shopping district and Vanderbilt University; and a quick Uber ride to The Gulch, Broadway, and other Nashville hot spots. Other reviewers have correctly identified a real lack of closet space, but that’s not a big deal for most guests. Beds are comfortable and the place is well-equipped. The neighborhood is a mix of new rental properties like this one, and older small brick homes that were here originally. Lots of construction all around. The alley behind the house is unpleasant - lots of trash overflowing bins and litter/broken glass on the ground that no one has bothered to clean up. The front of the place (Wade Ave) is fine. You’ll want to cross 12th Ave to get to the west side, to have a nice neighborhood to walk.

Brandon was an amazing host. Extremely frequent and quick communicator and made 3 separate flexible accommodations for our group when it wasn’t required to help us out. Highly recommend this Airbnb and vouch for the host

Brandon was an incredibly responsive and an overall excellent host. Super professional in all respects and wanted to make sure that we were taken care of. Very complete instructions- it’s a very well run rental. The house was great for our group with plenty of space and each bedroom had a bathroom which was great. House is located in neighborhood district with not much around it. Ubers were super easy to get, so not a problem at all. We were all very happy with the house and exploring Nashville! I would highly recommend!!!

This was a perfect home for a couple's weekend get-a-way. The bedrooms were all comfortable. No amenities were lacking. The check-in and check-out process was simple. Everything was well kept. The location was convenient to Nashville activities. Everyone loved their stay at the Willie!

Had a bit of trouble getting into the property but the Hallson staff were very quick to help us out. The property is fantastic. 3 couples who all had their own space which was nice. The outdoor deck and the games room upstairs was a great place to come together at the end of each day. We didn’t have any storage in one of the bedrooms and the Hallson team were quick to organise a storage solution for us which turned up the same day. The best communication from the team. Thanks for a fantastic stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome weekend with three other couples. The airbnb was exactly like the photos. There was three queen rooms all with beautiful in suites as well a king bedroom with onsuite plus another room with two sets of bunk beds. Great space, quiet and close to all the action. Brandon and team were very responsive with questions we had. Good location and quick Uber to all the neighborhoods. Would definitely come back and stay in Brandon’s airbnb.

The home we stayed in was spacious, clean, had plenty of room, and the beds were extremely comfortable! They had a basket of goodies waiting for us when we arrived and birthday cookies delivered! This company went above and beyond and we will book future stays through them.

Brandon as always was a great host. The Airbnb was perfect for our bachelor party group of 8, $7 Uber to Broadway. Walking distance to the gulch and midtown. I will always seek out Brandon’s Airbnb when I make visits to Nash-Vegas!

Excellent and comfortable stay I had to come to Vanderbilt hospital from Oregon for my best friend throat surgery. We had to stay for 10 days. It was very comfortable and cozy for me and my niece and nephew. I appreciate having a place to stay that helped in taking care of everyone. Thank you again.

Great property for a girls trip. 7 of us had plenty of room. Beds and linens are very comfortable! Kitchen was adequately stocked for light cooking. Somethings that might be nice for the next stay would be the addition of a full Length mirror at least on the main floor and body wash or soap in the showers. Overall, great stay! Highly recommend!

I booked Brandon’s place to celebrate my brother’s engagement and was happy that I did. The Willie was exactly as described on the Airbnb page. We were able to easily get early check in and a later check out even though I had asked a little last minute for both. We were provided with specific instructions for access and cleanup. The upstairs porch area turned out to be our favorite and where we spent a lot of our time.

We had a great stay at The Willie! There were no issues and the ease of check-in & out was great!

We felt the place was very clean with plenty of room inside. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus and the beds were very comfortable. We did feel that because we had to enter through the backside of the property, unfortunately that was not as clean outside. We also had issues with the internet and thought a password should be provided so you have full access to the internet.

This was a beautiful home with a ton of space, charm and was in a fantastic location. I would book this again in a heartbeat.

I definitely would not stay there again Positive: Amenities Negative: The property was in need of a lot of repairs cosmetically very beat up by other renters exterior of property was dirty such as trash all around the grounds and slot of stray cats hanging around the property because neighbors feeding them , didn’t feel the safest either very pricey for what you actually received also, the trash cans were very dirty. Lots of flies while we were there two different people were digging through all the neighbors, trash cans. They seemed like homeless people.

House is in a quiet neighborhood and is a quick Uber ride from the gulch and Broadway. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and very fun! We loved utilizing the shuffleboard and outdoor rooftop tv - great for lounging and having fun.

Staying at Brandon’s place was a great experience. Myself and the other guests felt right at home and comfortable in the space and the decor was chic. Brandon and the team were responsive and EXTREMELY accommodating. The location was a short Uber to all the hot spots. I would 10/10 recommend and if I am ever back in Nashville stay here again!
