The hosts were very responsive about any issues that arose during our stay. There was construction that was taking place adjacent to the home, but the hosts were very helpful in mitigating any issues and very kind. The home itself was great for our group of 10 - we all fit comfortably and the photo walls and gathering spaces were great for our group. Everything was a quick uber ride to Broadway. The home felt clean and inviting, and the sunroom was very cute. Would recommend

We had 9 adults for 4 nights and it was great. Plenty of space even with us not using the outside because it was so cold. House was just as described. We ubered in and out each day, very reasonable. But we would have walked if it was warmer. Highly recommend. The communication was great!

This property was perfect for our group of 10 headed to Nashville for a girls trip. The beds and other furniture were all super comfortable, the amenities advertised were all available, and the decor was stylish… great for group photos! I highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.

This was a beautiful home that accommodated our group of eight easily. It is well set up for a group visit to the Nashville area. The house was extremely well appointed and beautifully done. Brandon was very attentive and provided a lot of information prior our stay. While not inexpensive. The house was completely worth what we paid for it, and our ability to navigate Nashville easily from the location. We loved staying in this home and highly recommend it for a family gathering, girls weekend etc.

This house was larger than anticipated and accommodated our group of 9 comfortably. The bedrooms were large as well, and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Perfect house for a large group. We really enjoyed the screened in porch, the number of bathrooms, and the ease of getting to Germantown restaurants as well as downtown. And the rocking chairs were a hit!

We stayed here while we were in Nashville for my brother’s wedding and it was perfect. Such a beautiful home. The beds were so comfortable. There were enough bathrooms and space for my family. And the backyard was so great.

Overall this was exactly what we needed for the weekend for our family Christmas. The house was spacious with a surprisingly well equipped kitchen and everything we needed for our family. We would recommend this house to anyone.

House is large and comfortable and very clean but we had several issues- thermostat stopped working downstairs so the house was very warm and hot tub was really dirty so unusable, which was a bummer because we really wanted a hot tub. Living room doesn’t have a good seating configuration for a large family- it’s a party house. Location is not great if you want to walk to places, but we knew that in advance. Easy drive to downtown. Communication with hosts was easy and quick to respond. Overall would recommend if you need a large house to stay in with a group. Beds are comfortable, house very clean but ask about their hot tub first if that’s what you want!

Family 4th Great location for our 4th of July family reunion. Just a short ride to Broadway. The house was great for the family mealtime and game time.

Mothers 70th Bday The house was a great fit for kids and adults! About a mile from every place we visited. Far enough from the craziness of Broadway, but easy to get to. Convenient and clean!

Great stay. Brandon was probably the best communicating host I have ever had. Worked to get us in as early as possible and followed up several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was large, clean and as described. Perfect for our 2 families that we're staying. Close drive to everything. We will be back.

This house was the perfect spot to celebrate my 30th birthday weekend! The space was perfect for a group of 11 girls. The screened in patio was a crowd favorite. There are plenty of mirrors in the house which was sooo nice for getting ready for all of our many events. Super clean and spacious. The host was super responsive and even helped get extra tables and chairs for an outdoor dinner I had planned. Also great location, quick Ubers to all the major spots. I’d recommend this place for a big group 100x over. We were sad to leave!

An All-Around Pleasant Stay The White House was perfect for our friend-group of four. We loved the accommodations, convenience, and level of customer service provided. Would readily stay here again.

Great Nashville House A group of friends and I had a great stay at The White House over a long weekend. The house was very clean and provided plenty of space for the seven of us to hang out. We all appreciated that there were a lot of beds in the house and no one had to share. The hot tub and screened in porch were also great. The house is walking distance to the Nashville Farmer's Market and a short ride to downtown Nashville.

Great home in a convenient location House worked very well for our group of three couples. Spacious and well appointed. Management company provided outstanding service.

Friends Birthday Trip This house was beautiful! It was a great fit for my friends and me. It was only 1.2 miles from Broadway, but not really close enough to walk to downtown. It’s in a transitional neighborhood, so not great for walking around at night, but we had no issues, and Ubers from the house back and forth to Broadway and other areas were pretty cheap! A great time was had by all!!

This was a great place to stay in for my birthday trip. It had enough space for our party of 10 and had everything we could have wanted.

50th Birthday The stay was absolutely wonderful. Home was immaculate and quiet. The host had champagne along with a card and wonderful snack basket for my wife’s birthday as requested. The host went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone and we will definitely be back

21st Birthday Celebration Positive: The spaciousness of the house and rooms. Enjoyed the screened in porch. The modern touches throughout the entire house. Hot tub was relaxing. Negative: Not really a dislike but 1st floor master bedroom entrance pocket door was a bit difficult to open and close.

House was beautiful! We had 4 couples for a birthday weekend and there was plenty of space for all of us. Everything was perfect. Downtown was a 5min Uber ride, we walked to the Farmers Market. We had an amazing time! Host was very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely book again!!!!

Cozy/comfortable house Great house. Clean and modern decor. Great communication with owners . Close to downtown but not in walking distance ( at least not for us) . Perfect for couples and singles as 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom. Living room and kitchen layout was spacious for gathering and socializing.

Just a little three day stay in Nashville The property was perfect and it was just as advertised worked out well for three couples. The location being close to downtown was great.

White House is stellar! Booked the White House for three couples to enjoy the week in Nashville. For two of the couples, this was a first for VRBO. They were beyond impressed! Planning a return trip for May, I’ve be designated to get the same place! Communication was excellent, cleaning staff is great. It made our trip the best.

A Gem If you are coming to Nashville and looking for an amazing place to stay this is it. We were 3 couples staying here for 4 nights and it was amazing. The location was an $8-10 Uber/Lyft ride to lower Broadway. The house was exactly as the pictures showed and very very clean. The beds were beyond comfortable, 3 of the rooms had their own amazing bathroom. I just can’t say enough about how much we loved this place. Check in was awesome and when I reached out to the owner on any question before arriving, response was very quick. Trust me stay here you won’t be dissatisfied and we will definitely recommend this place to anyone of our friends going.

This house was perfect for our stay in Nashville! Its location was very convenient…close to everywhere we needed to be. The fenced backyard was ideal for our fur person Daisy! The house was very comfortable and it was beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable and the linens were very nice. The house accommodated our 8 guests very comfortably. The tv on the screened porch was a nice touch. Thanks for a clean and welcoming home away from home! I recommend highly!! We will definitely try to stay here next time we are in Nashville.

Beautiful Home We absolutely loved everything about the house and all it had to offer. I was nervous with other dogs staying there if it would smell like other dogs 😂not at all. It was so nice to have our little furry friends with us and they loved the house too! The games were awesome since we forgot ours…..The wine was also a wonderful touch and needed the 2nd night!😊

Nashville’s finest The stay was amazing. The home was very welcoming. Not a far walk from October fest and state museum. Pet friendly and private parking in the back. We had a great stay

Check in was easy they even let us check in early. Management and our communication was stellar despite all the times we had to call for assistance.We were disappointed with the outside porch and backyard. Both were filthy and had not been used in some time. The inside was beat up and needed a lot of repair.Living furniture and rugs needed to be replaced. Walls needed to be painted. We had to ask for a new:Microwave Vacuum IronBoardRecord machineThen the worst of all came when the knobs on the gas stove didn’t work when I needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. The house itself was beautiful big and spacious. Well equipped and had so much potential.I was impressed with management and the work crew. They came right out to repair and replace everything.I was told the house was on hold until the repairs were complete.Otherwise a nice stay.

We enjoyed an early Thanksgiving at this beautiful property. We had a great time - lots of laughter and fun. Loved the screened porch and hot tub. The communication with the hosts was top notch! Loved being so close to Broadway. Went to the CMAs and a fun Predators game - all within walking distance or a sort Uber ride. ♥️

Staying at The White House was amazing. We went for a bachelor party and had everything we needed. Hallson Hospitality thought of every detail. The house was very clean, we had everything we needed to cook meals, the hot tub was in great condition. Everyone had a great time on rhetorical trip and our stay was a huge part of that. I would love to stay here again if I return to Nashville!

Beautiful house in the perfect location. Was even bigger than I expected. Easy walk to the Nashville Farmer's Market and 5 minute ride to Broadway. Host was extremely communicative and even let us check in super early. Was the perfect spot to host our bachelorette weekend!

80th Birthday Celebration Everything was nice!

Girls trip We had a group of 7 females celebrating a milestone birthday! The property was more that we expected! Fantastic gathering areas in this open concept kitchen-family room and a fabulous outdoor space! We all had a lot of space with enough washrooms for getting ready! Definitely recommend the White House! Great location with a short Uber drive to Broadway or the Gulch!

Sibling Reunion Came to Nashville with siblings and spouses. House was tough with four couples…bunk beds and shared baths. I had given the agent the things we needed and it didn’t have a full fourth bathroom or good bedroom set up for the fourth couple. I should have checked listing more carefully after the agent told me it did have those. Other than that the house was clean and comfortable. All of the sights we wanted to see were 20 minutes or less.

There were quit a few issues with this rental. On a good note it was clean. That said I would not book this place again. The rooms only had a closet to put clothes no dressers for small items so if you didn't want to hang up all your clothes they were in your bags and the bags were on the floor. There was no where to set up luggage except the floor. If you are ocd at all this is not the place for you. There was many areas of the house that needed some work. All the faucets were off centered from the sinks and non of the closet doors closed. The kitchen has floating shelves that are so high we couldn't reach anything on the top shelves and there was no stool to use. We also came back to the house after a long day and there was 3 state notices taped on the door for a revoked license. I guess they were not to have this as a short term rental. I also was unaware that there is a train that runs at all hours of the night and blows the horn when passing by. There was also construction next door that started at 7 am. Where I live you are not to start that early. But there we were trying to enjoy our morning. We also couldn't enjoy the back yard or patio on a few days since the construction was so loud. They advertise that it sleeps 12 I think or 10... But if there was more then 4 people in this house there would be no where to sit in the living room since there was only a couch. It was just 3 of us thankfully glad I didn't pay for this remodel. All the things wrong drove me crazy.

The house has great space, beds were nice, hot tub was a plus, great communication from the team. Our only slightly negative comments, the house could be cleaner in some areas (could use a good deep cleaning) and the living room and outdoor furniture could be updated. Not comfortable and seemed more like dorm room furniture. The team respoded quick and efficient. The location really is perfect! The spaciouse house fit 6 adults perfectly.

This company also has wonderful partnerships that are very unique and not offered with most rental homes. Most definitely will stay at this location or book with this company again!

Fabulous Location! This house was amazing and accommodated all in our party. Well equipped and perfect location to explore downtown and surrounding neighborhoods full of restaurants. No rental car needed-short Uber rides to/from airport and all that we wanted to do. Communication with owners was easy and responsive, Had a slight issue but was attended to quickly. Only recommendation from our group would be to put a privacy fence between the rental and the house to right to keep privacy/safety.

Amazing The White House did not disappoint. Beautiful inside & out. Gorgeous furnishings & I loved the finer details. Our hosts were attentive & kind. The best hosts we have ever encountered. I would give more stars if I could. Thank you so very much for making our Nashville trip fantastic.

The White House! The White House did not disappoint! BEAUTIFUL spacious home close to Broadway.

This house was perfect! The staff was accurate and answering our questions! There was a small issue with fire pit and the maintenance staff came over and fixed it promptly! On our way to the house we got into a car accident. We were ok but hooked up! The staff delivered fresh baked cookies that was fabulous! Can’t go wrong here!!

The White House Overall a good experience but back porch area was not clean and back door to home was unlocked when we arrived. Firepit did not work, corn hole game was missing and air filters in the home were clogged with dust and needed to be changed. They did remedy the air filter and corn hole game but we never did get the fire pit working.

Staying at the "White House" was amazing. The house was very clean and just as pictured online. The beds were extremely comfortable and the décor was right on par for Nashville. Everything about the house was exceptional.

This is a million dollar property in a sub par neighborhood. In a couple years, it will be gentrified and probably a great investment. At the moment turning in on 11th is a hazard not hitting someone soliciting in the middle of the street and being followed a block up the hill. The porch is adorable and the beds are super comfortable- it’s everything you want in an air Bnb and kudos to the property owners. The back door lock wasn’t synced with the code given so I had to walk around to the front and was approached asking if I wanted drugs. Aside from the area - it was a great house

We really enjoyed our stay at our Airbnb with Hallson Hospitality Co. It was a very last minute booking and they were very accommodating. We had a small issue when we first arrived regarding our code to get into the house, but management was EXTREMELY responsive and were able to get the issue resolved immediately. I will say they exceeded my expectations with how responsive, helpful & friendly they were. Our house was beautiful & cozy. Location was great, upon first look, it seemed like an “up and coming area” with some spots that could seem “rough” but we never felt unsafe and had zero issues. The direct neighborhood was quiet and everyone seemed very nice. The private parking spots in the back were perfect and if we Ubered anywhere, it was easy for them to find. All in all, our stay was wonderful and I would 100% recommend Hallson and the particular Airbnb we stayed in to anyone. Thank you Hallson Hospitality for being part of making our stay wonderful!!

Great Property The property is very good. Clean and very comfortable. However, it is listed with 4 bathrooms. It’s 3 and 1/2 bathrooms. Only 3 showers. Not 4. Also, they provided only 1 day worth of toiletries for the stay. It was challenging to get the property manager to deliver more.

Great location and lots of room We really enjoyed our stay there was lots of room, and was beautifully decorated. The house was very clean but had a big earwig problem (not sure if thats a Nashville thing). The house was very centrally located a quick drive to different areas of Nashville that we wanted to see. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back.

Perfect Stay We checked in seamlessly and found the property to be exactly as marketed. The location was super easy and near to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. The street was quiet and even the nearby trains were not impactful. The only element of the stay I would change is that some of the windows are uncovered and we felt just a little exposed, but it wasn't anything that would have changed our minds about the stay. The hosts were great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
