This was the second time we stayed here and as it did previously, it met all our expectations. Great location for us in a nice neighborhood and close to family. Very comfortable, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Host was very responsive and friendly. We hope to stay again next time we are in Nashville.
Be prepared for challenges! For a first-time user, using the VRBO website was clean and straightforward; however, dealing with this property (especially Hallson Hospitality) was a bit more challenging than desired. 1) The VRBO site doesn't disclose that you need to download a third-party app to check-in. That app requires you to provide a picture of your DL, which is a bit of an overreach. 2) Our internet connection was unexpectedly out for 1.5 days, which was a bit of a letdown for our kids who were looking forward to some online entertainment. 3) The only flat cookware was a warped square fry pan. On an electric cooktop, it's hard to fry an egg with only one small hot spot to use. It's time for new cookware! 4) 2 of the four coffee cups were cracked, and we didn't know until they were full of hot coffee. 5) The headboard on the master bed was not only cracked but loose. The folks before us had a great time. Our mattress was nearly on the floor on our first night when we noticed. Hallson addressed the issue right away. Finally, the support team was great at responding to our issues on the third-party app, and we made adjustments as needed.
Wow, Brandon's place was wonderful! We enjoyed every minute. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and very safe feeling. The Nations has a very up-and-coming, almost hipster vibe that was cool. We traveled with 2 children and 2 dogs. The home was spotless and smelled fresh. The complimentary bottle of wine (that was WONDERFUL) was a nice touch! I would, without a doubt, book this townhouse again next time I visit Nashville. Brandon and his crew checked in with me several times during the stay to make sure everything was good - much appreciated!
The difference is in the details. In person, the property looked even better than it did in the photos. Brandon‘s level of communication was spectacular. But it was the small, thoughtful details that we appreciated most. Coffee and creamer to get the morning started, tasty cookies to snack on, and even a bottle of rosé (perfectly pink, as we were in Nashville to welcome the arrival of a new granddaughter!) We absolutely would stay in a property, owned and managed by Brandon again! The Nations is a very vibrant community, and even though it lacks a central business district, there are so many walkable restaurants and bars. Easy access to the highway puts Broadway within reach.
Brandon and his team was very helpful and made us feel right at home. The space for my family was great they also provided a pack n play and a high chair which very helpful for us. The shift was also great as well. I would stay and Brandons property again whenever i'm back in Nashville. Thanks again to Brandon and his team for making our stay so wonderful. Looking forward to next time

Booked 30 day visit for work but stayed only 15 days. Nice condo located on edge of industrial part of W Nashville. Was a little noisy at times mostly early am hours. Lots of contractor biz in area, 18 wheelers rolling through, & trains at night. Some great restaurants, bars and coffee shops nearby. Had ant problem and toilets didn’t flush well. Responsive host. Lots of space and amenities were good. Overall the place was really nice.
The accommodation is highly recommended and very well equipped. It is a quiet area. We felt very comfortable. There are very good restaurants nearby. We worked at the airport, so the location was perfect for us. We had a problem with the door opener once. Just sent a message to Brandon At Hallson and we got help within minutes. A perfect service! Thanks again for that! We would love to come back.
I rented this home for an employee traveling. He loved it. He was treated well by Brandon and his team. I would recommend this home to stay in.
As advertised!! All accurate. I especially appreciated the high level of cleanliness and great air quality throughout. I had business @ Vanderbilt as well as just west of Nashville. Each was only a 10-12 minute drive! I will be a repeat customer.
Fantastic for work! Don’t let the photos fool you. This is a spacious townhome, with enough space for 3 adults to work remote. We were able to have calls and not hear each other! The place was super clean, very well decorated, and had everything we needed (washer/dryer, utensils, dishes, pans, etc). Jessica was our point of contact and she was very attentive. The location is great, accessible to multiple coffee shops, tje 51st deli is fantastic and also walking distance. Very short commute to downtown Nashville. Highly recommended place
We had a great stay here! The home had plenty of space and was kept very clean and modern. It was a great neighborhood that was directly across the street from a dog friendly bar which was a huge plus since I was traveling with my dog. Would absolutely stay here again!
Our stay here was perfect, we had no issues at all and the location was central to everything we did in Nashville! We were able to bring our dog, as it is a pet friendly home, which made our experience so much better since we didn’t need to worry about leaving our dog with someone else for the weekend. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone and everyone, I hope that on any future trips to Nashville I am able to stay here again!
Great safe location with everything needed in a home away from home. We felt safe. The unit had everything we needed and then some. Loved having a garage and the ability to bring our dog. Very clean and communicative. We would stay here again and again.
Stayed here with my family (toddler and dog included) on our cross country road trip. It was a last minute booking due to a bad experience at another Airbnb (not related to this property/team). They responded extremely quickly, allowed us to check in early and communicated throughout the entire process. The space was clean, bright and felt like home away from home. We are obsessed with the couch, it’s so comfy! Great location and we are so grateful for everyone apart of this team.
Brandon’s place was perfect for our stay! It looks exactly as in the pictures, was nicely furnished and decorated, very well stocked with everything we needed for the full stay (1 week) and very clean. Checkin and checkout was super easy and well communicated. The location is great in the Nations, with walking distance to a couple of coffee shops and restaurants as well as a quick car ride to most of the places we were going to. The area felt safe and was nice to walk around as we had our puppy with us. The main thing to note is that there were loud parties going on in neighboring units several of the nights, and 2 of the nights the music and noise went on well past 2am. While this might not bother everyone it’s worth noting in case this might bother you.
Great place with all amenities and good location. Excellent place for remote work with 2 desks and solid wifi. Parking can take a little finesse to get into garage.
we had another place already booked that fell through, & found Brandon's place in the Nations which we were not familiar with. Once you realized what the Nations had to offer, it's definitely a great location. Brandon's place is great, was perfect for working and just relaxing. Very responsive and kind, the condo is clean, organized, fully stocked kitchen, nice personal touches. We brought our little dog and she too was comfortable.
Great experience in the Nations neighborhood! The home was super clean and nicely decorated. Everything was super functional. Working from the house was ideal as we used two separate desk areas. If you need to work full days you may want to bring a seat cushion. The property is about 15-20 minutes driving to Music Row but very accessible to many shops and restaurants. The parking was a bit narrow to back into but so grateful we had a place to park. We would stay again for sure!
Comfortable condo The condo was very clean and the kitchen very well appointed for our cooking needs. Bed was comfortable and closet roomy. It was challenging to use the garage with the pole blocking the driveway entrance. Also, the sidewalk path was unusable due to overgrowth.Still it was a very nice, comfortable accessible stay.

Me and my fiancé absolutely loved our stay here! It was super clean and very nice and spacious inside. It was a little hard to find at night, but the hosts has instructions to find it. If we find ourselves staying in Nashville again we would definitely book this gorgeous space!
Thoughtfully outfitted with everything you need, including a welcome kit with a bottle of wine and two cookies, which was a nice touch. Comfortable bed too. Paid a premium for my elongated stay but happy to chose this place.
We had a lovely 10-day stay at Brandon’s property. Upon arrival, there was a delicious bottle of wine and some sweets to welcome us in. The place was spotless, and had multiple spots to work comfortably from home. We’ll definitely consider this home for our next visit to Nashville!

I had the best time in Nashville this past weekend. It was my first time visiting and I felt right at home. Brandon and Chloe made sure I had everything I needed at all times. The place looks better in person and is in a great neighborhood in close proximity to downtown, Nissan Stadium and the airport. I would definitely stay again for my next trip. I’m definitely coming back!
We stayed over Easter weekend and the hosts were still very responsive and helpful. They even went out of their way to drop an air mattress by! The place was very clean and in the perfect location. Would definitely stay again!!
A ten minute drive to downtown and Vanderbilt is an accurate depiction of the location. We visited for my sister’s graduation, most nights we slept 3 and each claimed a separate sleeping area. My sister stayed with us for one night and found the trundle bed suitable for her sleep. With four of us and an occasional fifth (friend), the living room was spacious and allowed for lovely conversation. Access to the two thermostats were probably our favorite, the place cools down quickly. Would definitely stay there again if I plan on visiting the city. Fresh linens were provided and the in-unit laundry comes in handy with the nashville heat. Thank you both for being great hosts!

The place was just as described in the app and the location was perfect for our needs. There were a couple of issues with the place that were unpredictable, but Hallson Hospitality was incredibly helpful and responsive to address those immediately, which caused no issues for us. We would definitely go back and stay there.
The house was in a quiet neighborhood and in the perfect spot for us. It was clean and nicely decorated. Lots of stairs which was fine for us, but may not work for some people. It was a comfy place to relax, even though we didn’t spend too much time there because we were out and about. I would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Brandon’s place is as advertised. Very clean and neat. It was a bit difficult to find at night. Please note there is construction across the street, but it didn't bother us at all because we were gone most of the day. 3 floors with 1/2 bathroom on 1st and 2nd floor and full bath in master bedroom which gave us plenty of room to get ready in the morning. Thank you for our stay.
The Nations is a great area for this Airbnb. Lots of restaurants, bars, breweries and coffee shops. Home was trendy and spacious. Host was responsive, kind and thoughtful. Easy to get to Downtown Nashville and other popular areas.

This is a very nice property! From the moment I reserved this place until checkout, I felt welcomed. They genuinely wanted my group to be happy, to feel at home and to have a great vacation. A slight issue in the beginning was taken care of immediately. This location is close enough to access all of the Nashville area but far enough away to avoid the huge crowds. The condo is nice and updated and really felt like home! The owners went over and above with stocking enough linens and kitchen supplies! I can’t say enough about this place! I would definitely stay in any property owned by these owners!
All Windows Face Neighbor's Backyard/Broken Appliances This property was very clean and the management company communication was excellent. The only views out the windows are into the neighbor's backyard or the alley of 15 garbage cans and a dumpster. The dryer was broken and the ice maker broke after 2 days. Steady stream of black ants in the kitchen. The property is on the edge of the Nations in the commercial area, not as described as being "in the heart of the Nations"

2nd stay here and they are always super communicative and provide a great place for out of towers visiting local friends. The nations doesn’t have a great deal and not everything walkable, but was great for what I needed.

The place was very nice. Loved everything about it except all the stairs (three stories). The only bathroom upstairs (third story) was in the main bedroom. I slept on the upstairs day bed in the living portion and had to go up and down the stairs to use restroom at night so as not to wake up others. If your older, this may not be for you. But if you stayed in tyhe master bedroom, not an issue. There is also noise from at least one nearby business operating heavy equipment during the morning/day, but it's not that bad. No noise issues at night.
Brandon’s place was perfect for the 3 of us. The neighborhood is new and quiet. Plenty of parking. There are 2 or 3 other units in the building and other houses close by. We didn’t bring our dog but saw lots of neighbors out walking their dogs around the neighborhood. Seems dog friendly and I would have felt plenty safe walking her. The neighbors were considerate with parking and we heard very little noise. It’s in a central area with lots of shopping and restaurants within a few minutes drive. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. It looked and smelled clean and fresh. We would definitely rent from Brandon again!

Very cute place. Upon arrival did find hair balls on the floor by the bed and hair on the walls in the shower. Other than that, the place had everything you needed and nice welcoming snacks.

We loved our stay in the nations. It is a walkable neighborhood with delicious eats close by. The drive to broadway and midtown is only 10-15 minutes. The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfy. It was just what we needed !
It was a great place to stay! The whole team was responsive and replied super quick. They allowed a super late check out which was amazing as we had something come last minute! The only thing that bothered me was the storage garage that the guest doesn’t have access too but their staff still does… it opened at least 3 times a day and just made us very uncomfortable. I feel if the guest can’t have access to it then the staff can’t either as it’s our place for whatever amount of time…

We absolutely loves Brandon’s place!! It was exactly like the pictures and the neighborhood was nice, quiet and safe. We felt very close to everything, anywhere we wanted to go was just a short drive, less than 20 minutes. Communication and check in were seamless and easy. Would love to stay at Brandon’s place again next time we’re in town.
Great stay! The hosts are very communicative and the townhouse matches the pictures exactly. Usually I bring my own pillow to any place I stay but was unable to this time and was surprised I didn’t need it! The pillows, bed, and sheets were very comfortable and clean! There’s several places to eat nearby—we recommend stopping by the 51st deli for sure.
This unit in The Nations is exactly as advertised. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. It has plenty of space and is well equipped. Brandon is a great host and does all the little things to make the stay enjoyable. This unit is three (3) floors with living space on the two upper levels, so be prepared to traverse some stairs. The top level has a great master suite with large closet and even a lounging area in the loft. The Nations is northwest of the city center and a good distance from Broadway, but there are a lot of places nearby and Sylvan Park is a short drive away. If you are going to Nashville to relax and unwind; this is a great option and Brandon is a super host.

Cute little place! I used to live in Nashville and wanted something away from the city but still easy to get around to see friends, etc.. Place had everything we needed for a quick trip and smart TVs with every app. Plenty of towels and shampoo and conditioner. Kitchen was stocked with anything you could need. Will definitely stay again!
This listing is as described. We appreciated the laundry option, including soap. The endless supply of paper towels and towels were also appreciated. It was great that you could control the temp on the different levels of the unit. We found everything we needed for cooking meals in the kitchen.

Brandon’s place is pretty perfect! It’s in a great location with such a cute and trendy neighborhood within walking distance. Nothing was too far away including hot spots like Broadway! It was clean and cozy to come home to after checking our Nashville. Also the hosts made sure to provide any necessities to make sure our stay was comfortable. Very communicative as well! Absolutely would stay & recommend to anyone staying in the Nashville area!
Great stop over on our way from Massachusetts to Texas. Super clean, spacious, and accommodating. We loved the location and are so glad we were able to stay here, we would have loved to stay longer!
