Great getaway Cute and clean. Spacious 2 bedrooms. Like new. Highly recommend for close proximity to Belmont University. Perfect for us and our pups!

Not as advertised Unfortunately, the pictures included on VRBO shows a nice back yard area that is partially fenced in. There are actually TWO units - A and B. We did not find this out until the morning of our scheduled arrival. Unit A does NOT have a back door - no direct access to the partially fenced in area. You have to go out the front door and walk around back (and hope the people in unit B aren't using it and they have their blinds closed). Not at all convenient if you have dogs like we do.

Weekend Nashville Getaway Short, easy drive to Downtown Nashville and minutes from Vandy and Belmont University campuses. We drove and parked without any issue on what seemed like busy days and nights (Stapleton Concert and Titans game), but it also seemed like people were getting Ubers very easily around us. Loved that we could bring our dogs too! Nice neighborhood to walk them around in too. The check in process was smooth, easy access, and very clean. Nice little place for a Nashville weekend getaway!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The cottage is cozy and cute. A great pet friendly place.

We came with 2 dogs and 2 small kids (3&1). Parking was tricky but we did street parking in front! Overall I felt very comfortable. It wasn’t too showy on the inside so I wasn’t worry about my kids destroying everything so very kid friendly!! Bathroom was tight but it worked. Beds were LITERALLY the most comfortable bed I’ve EVER slept in. Took the sheets off to get the name so I could go home and buy one but tag was off lol. Super comfortable and easy for family! Great location, close to everything. Excellent stay!

I loved this Airbnb! Although a small space, it feels so big inside and they did such a good job utilizing every inch. The kitchen has everything needed to cook, the a/c is great, the bed (I only slept in the queen) was super comfy. There were plenty of towels, the toiletries were amazing. Parking was super easy and safe. The shared back yard area is super spacious and cute as well. We met the super sweet visitors in the second unit and they had a dog as well- we never would have known as never heard any barking through the walls at all. Thoughtful touches were everywhere- from welcome cookies and wine to face wipes to a doggy basket by the door. Would stay again!

Great little spot- close to downtown Nashville 7-10 minute drive. Quick walk to a nice coffee shop. Neighbourhood seems to have been recently gentrified. We felt safe, neighbours are friendly. Clean space and fantastic little touches left for us and our dog. Having access to the backyard was nice, and having the front porch attached to our unit was also nice. Always responsive and great instructions. Would stay here again!

The place was clean. The location was great! The hosts were accommodating! We also really appreciated being able to bring our dog. Fabulous stay!

Nice value, family and pet friendly.

Perfect for us. I took my 82 yr old mother to visit my daughter in Nashville. The bungalow was perfect for us. We had everything we needed . The beds were comfortable. The unit was clean. We were 10 minutes from everything Nashville has to offer. We enjoyed the welcome coffee, popcorn & wine that was thoughtfully left for us. The only thing I didnt think about was the stairs getting into the house. My mom had to be helped with them but we just took our time and she managed well. We definitely will be back.. Thank you.

Camp stay Perfect spot to stay while my children went to camp. Stayed in the front unit and parking on road was more convenient but hard to come by. They did have parking behind the units.

Great spot! Near Belmont and Vanderbilt This super-cute 2BR/1 BA bungalow was just what we needed for a place to hang out and enjoy a long weekend of music, restaurants and fun in Nashville. We were within walking distance of Belmont and Vanderbilt (we walked to dinner one evening) and loved the neighborhood -- a mix of residents and VRBO/rental units where folks were in town to have a great time. Felt festive (always someone in the neighborhood heading out for an adventure!) -- yet calm (no late-night noise or craziness.) This house is clean, well-appointed, and just what we needed. Highly recommend, especially for Belmont and Vandy families!

The house was extremely clean and pretty, centrally located. Great for a family of 4! It was cheaper than any local hotel for a weekend and cleaner than any I’ve ever stayed in! No more than a 5 minute Uber ride to broadway. Small parking lot available for both units plus street parking! A nice, cozy place to stay in a really good neighborhood with gas stations, grocery stores and more within walking distance. Brandon was super proactive, very kind and informative with details about our stay. I will definitely be staying here again for my next trip to Nashville. I cannot say enough great things! 10/10 highly recommended!

We loved our stay in Nashville at this comfortable, well-located, and well-equipped bungalow. It was perfect for my two daughters and me, and all of our questions were quickly addressed by Brandon and the team.

The photos to me, make it look bigger than it is but would work for a couple or family with small children. Nicely appointed decor. There were some issues after check in however the Hallson Hospitality Co staff were very responsive and helpful. the communication was fantastic, unfortunately the issues couldn't be resolved immediately and we had to find another Airbnb.

My friends from California and I wanted to explore the 12 South neighborhood - a vibrant area close to downtown yet quiet and walkable. This house was super cute, perfect for two couples. Clean decor, bright whites and all the amenities needed. The host was super communicative. It's a 15 minute walk to Urban Grub, about the same to Zanies. Highly recommend if you want to experience the genteel side of Nashville.

We had a great stay at Brandon’s place. Perfect size for a couple and a baby! Location was the best part. Close to everything! Beds were comfortable and we felt very safe in the area. Not sure if we had any neighbors in the house attached to the back but if we did we didn’t hear them at all! Bathroom was a little small but we knew it would be from the pictures. Overall a great stay- 10/10.

Exactly what we needed for my daughter’s short term internship. Safe and easy to communicate with the owners. The only downside was the absence of a washer and dryer laundry.

Great place to stay. Great Kitchen, comfortable beds, large TV in family room and each bedroom. The Host company provided great communication. There is a park close by with playground, large field, Bball & Tennis courts. We stayed for 2 weeks and would stay again.

I loved staying at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive with wonderful instructions that were very clear! Perfect for those who need to be close to Belmont as it’s a quick walk away - which was perfect for me! 21st and 12 south are great spots if you’re visiting which are walkable too! I loved my stay and felt right at home while staying at Brandon’s property :) I highly recommend staying at this property and I would 1000% stay there again!

The place was immaculate . Very quiet residential location a short Uber to the music scene. So much easier than trying to find parking near Broadway. A lot of thoughtful touches like wine, k cups and individual makeup remover pads. Comfortable beds. Everything we needed for a fun recently retired friends’ trip.

My friends and I came to Nashville for a girls trip during CMA Fest. The house was perfect for what we wanted/needed and was a convenient location for everything we wanted to do! I would definitely recommend this house and look to stay again for a future trip to Nashville!

This cozy little house was a perfect spot for our girls’ weekend away. It was situated central to all the places and activities we wanted to do and walkable to downtown and some really great shopping. Communication with the hosts was super fast, helpful and clear and check-out was streamlined. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable space, walkable to 12 south and really easy to get to all things downtown Nashville. Really quiet at night and the beds are super comfortable. Communication was great & I had everything I needed to work remote and enjoy Nashville for an extended stay.

It was a quick trip to Nashville but we would recommend this location to anyone. Positive: Very clean and had everything we needed. If I had any issue someone responded very quickly to my request. Negative: Parking on the street was a challenge to get a spot but it did have the back alley parking which was ok.

We enjoyed our time. Very clean space and felt like we had exactly the extras we needed (towels, silverware, etc). House was close enough to attractions, but not in the middle of traffic. Clean up request were very reasonable. We would stay here again.

The neighborhood is extraordinarily quiet, bordering 12 South. The house is very clean, kitchen has the basics. Appreciated a bottle of red wine on arrival and easy checkout requests. There isn’t much storage to unpack (dressers) but it’s fine for a weekend and the closets had hangers. The host is very responsive and handled our request the same afternoon. Very impressive. The host has a local guide but we wished we were walking distance to clubs and breakfast places. It was a 5-10 minute drive to almost anywhere. Recommend visiting Franklin TN and the Natchez Trace Parkway if you have time.

We debated the need for a rental care versus Ride Share services - we decided to not rent a care and could walk to Vanderbuilt or Broadway but it was a long walk. Still worth the Uber Route-would be good to put in approximate costs for Uber to Vanderbuilt/Broadway etc in your description.

Rose Bungalow was just as described. It was beautifully decorated, immaculate and close to almost anything you would want to see. The house was well stocked with bath linens and kitchen items. The bottle of wine was a welcome touch!

Our stay was great! From ease of check-in to having plenty of towels and kitchen equipment, we were happy we chose to stay here. The location was walkable to a great little coffee shop among other places, and was very close to everywhere we needed to be. Would recommend and re-book in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location! The locations was nice and centralized! The townhouse itself was comfy and the beds were nice! Parking was abundant and easy!The only downsides I can really speak of were:The bathroom being quite small - if you had 4 guests you would have a tough time.There’s very little seating. Again, the place sleeps 4 but if you had 4, you’d struggle to all hang out in the living room.The WiFi isn’t password protected which feels sketchy, and it didn’t even work for us.Overall though, we stayed on 3 VRBO’s on our trip and this one was by far the best! We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Nashville!

Great Location! The Rose Bungalow was a cute little place perfect for a few night stay. The location is pretty good as most of the hot spots are only a few min drive. We did have a issue we discovered after the first night but it was fixed fairly quickly. This place does have some updates but have wear and tear. Overall it was a good pick.

Comfortable, simple, modest spot. Appreciated the popcorn, wine and coffee.

Great location. The duplex is clean and nicely decorated. The property management was very responsive and super kind. The location can’t be beat. It was in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. We were within a 5 to 10 minute drive from everything we wanted to do and see. It’s also a great deal compared to other properties.

Cute little place close to many places This place was in a great location…close to many places we wanted to visit. It was also nice and quiet. Place was clean and a perfect little size for 4 of us. Company was easy to work with and contact. They even left a note with wine and popcorn for us for when we arrived 🙂

Nashville This property is close by downtown Nashville. It is a quaint two bedroom unit. The property manager checked on us frequently and responded quickly to our messages. We would book this location again when returning to Nashville.

Great area and comfy home!

I enjoyed this bungalow and would stay here again. It is exactly as pictured, and the location is ideal. I was visiting Belmont and was able to walk back and forth. Almost everything was perfect. Comfy beds, attractive decor. The little touches were much appreciated! There were just a couple of detractors. The back gate is very difficult to manage, but it’s the point of access if all the parking on the road in front is full and you have to park in back. And there’s a lack of counter space in the bathroom. On the whole though, a wonderful and safe space.

This little bungalow was the most perfect place to stay in Nashville. The response time from Brandon and his team was always quick and everything in the house was as described. We always felt safe and taken care of. Would recommend to anyone!

Firstly, Brandon and his team were incredibly responsive to all our needs, but overall we were disappointed with the house. When we walked in, there was a noticeable smell in the house like an old, dirty smell, but it looked clean. The 3 decorative pillows on the couch all had very noticeable blood stains on the back of them but were still propped up for decoration like there was no issue. They did allow us to throw them out. We only had 1, partially used roll of toilet paper in the house, of which we didn’t realize until we ran out. As we were searching all the drawers and closets, we noticed dirty zip lock bags in the bathroom drawer, 1 had a used toothbrush in it. They delivered a new pack of toilet paper to us the next day, though. As we were checking out and stripping the sheets off the bed, we noticed more blood stains on the king mattress pad. They did credit back the $100 cleaning fee and sent us cookies to apologize, but the cost overall wasn’t worth it, in my opinion.

Brandon is friendly, proactive, and a great communicator. Place is very close to downtown and looks just like pictures. Place was not clean upon arrival and cops were at next door location multiple times during our stay, but otherwise it was a good stay. The wine and cookies was a thoughtful touch.

This was a lovely Airbnb with comfy beds and clean spaces. Brandon was very responsive, helpful, and flexible with us as we had a last minute medical emergency. Would highly recommend!

I stayed her for 5 nights with two of my sisters. This was exactly what we needed for our stay and we enjoyed it very much! The place was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. We did not use the back yard much, but it is a nice addition to the stay! Close to downtown and other areas with shopping, eating, etc. I would definitely stay again!

The place was such a nice area in a neighborhood. The house was super comfy and light and airy! The primary bdrm bed was amazing! There was little issues, i.e. needed more shampoo, issue w blow dryer, which they responded to right away! Highly recommend this place!

Attention PSA!!!! Do not whatever you do DO NOT TAKE A MID AFTERNOON NAP!! I should of really listen to all the reviews about how comfortable the beds were!! Sooo we came from Texas and we went to broadway for lunch and walked around and explored! We went back to the house and took “a Nap” so that we could go back out to enjoy the night life!! Let’s jus say by the time we woke up it was the next day.. we have no complaints at all!!! 😂 also the host was Incredible beyond meet our expectations, would totally recommend to stay here!

We had a very relaxing stay at this listing, just as described. The host was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The bathroom was on the slightly smaller side, but nicely renovated shower, and overall enough space for 4 people. Would recommend!

The location was great. The description was accurate. There was an issue with cockroaches and there were small details about the home that need attention. I feel like they could be solved with a simply walk through by the owners.

We had a wonderful time. The check-in process, was no process at all - they sent a code and we walked right in. Easiest check-in of any Airbnb that we have stayed at so far. They responded to us very quickly - even when we arrived earlier than expected and requested an early check-in. They responded and went out of their way to help us. Very good communication and flexibility. Hosts are very friendly. House was clean and parking was easy. You can park right in front of the house or in the alley behind the house - either way, you are guaranteed a free close place to park. They had good quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A/C works great. We sat on the porch and had fun people watching. Felt very safe the entire time. Never heard or bothered by any outside sounds or noise from neighbors. We would stay there again.

The location of this house is fantastic - right near 12 S neighborhood and Belmont University. Also, a short ride downtown (or a long walk). The bed was very comfortable and the home had nice touches like coffee available and a welcome bottle of wine. However, it was frustrating that the air conditioner could not be adjusted sufficiently for comfortable sleeping. It’s also clear this was a flipped home that could use more TLC — kitchen sink faucet handle falls off, several door knobs are falling off, bathroom door doesn’t open the whole way, and there is a random vent pipe open under the kitchen counter.

The house was perfect! Brandon was very responsive and made the process effortless!

Great little spot.

Location is fantastic, anywhere you want to be in the city is mere minutes away. Check in was easy and Brandon was helpful with random questions. The guide to the city gave great recommendations. All amenities were comfortable and parking was accessible . Can’t wait to come back to Nashville and this house.
