Nice, homey stay We enjoyed our stay. We have two little dogs that found the backyard to be a nice place to sit in the sun!

Walkable, pet friendly 12 South adjacent property.

Our time here at the bungalow was pleasant. The fact that is is pet friendly was a nice touch! The shared yard is prefect for a bonfire with party lights. If the weather was better we would’ve utilized the bags they had available as well. The location is pretty good and minutes to Broadway or any other area. Mixed housing around it but the unit itself is set up for safety with cameras, lighting and custom locks. The only thing I would say is the bathroom and living room couch is smaller than desirable if you have more than 2 people. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash was helpful! Check in and check out was seamless. The host checked on us throughout the stay to make sure we had what we needed. We are light sleepers so the sirens were a little distracting but a fan or white noise machine would solve that. Overall stay was great and would go back again!

The beds were so comfortable! We loved having shampoo and conditioner in the shower We also loved that is was dog friendly.

Nice place but market to sleep 6 was hard for even three people to have a place to sit and eat. Great that he allowed our dog and was it was a very comfortable place for her.

Nice place- great that it was dog friendly- had good sidewalks and parks. We were able to walk to a-lot of restaurants nearby as well as some historical places.

The location of this place is excellent! The home is well-loved and needs a little maintenance but overall was good and had comfy beds. It does smell like dog-perfect if you are bringing a furry friend but some don’t prefer that smell. Solid place to stay.

Great place for 4 adults and our pups to stay in Nashville! This back unit of the duplex was very clean, had fast wifi, and had comfortable beds. Kitchen was stocked with anything we needed for small or quick meals. Location is great - walkable to many neighbors or a quick Uber downtown. Parking was easy and we only had to use our car once to get out to the Opry. Hosts were in communication throughout our stay making sure we had everything we needed and were quick to respond to any questions. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

Wonderful stay! This was a perfect place to stay for our mom/daughter getaway. Everything was wonderful from the cleanliness of the home, to the great communication. Also, what a wonderful surprise having a a bottle of wine and popcorn welcoming us. Highly recommend this cute little place.

Great bungalow to stay for a few days as we moved our daughter into her college dorm. Location was great…close enough to things but also private feeling. Host stayed in touch throughout the stay. Would stay here again.

Good and not so good. The stay started off a little rough. It was hard to find appropriate parking. The path to the parking in the back was uneven, not paved and filled with some potholes. During our stay, neighbors tend to park on the path as well, blocking the path sometimes.The unit itself was overall ok. One of the two guitars had broken strings. The washer/dryer combo was dirty inside and it shook up the entire unit on the spin cycle. It also leaked lots of water. The flooring had water damage.Also a moldy smell came from inside the closet behind the washer/dryer machine. The dishwasher had black mold inside the racks. It smelled awful upon opening. The bedrooms were ok. Only thing is you couldn’t really use the closets because it was partially used as a storage for linens and towels and large plastic bins.There was also a strip of laminate wood that had nails sticking out. It was a worrisome thing as my wife and I almost had our feet punctured, along with our dogs. We put a thick towel over it to prevent from getting injured.The shower tiles were super slippery. I would advise the owners to go with a smaller sized tile to help with footing. We also had to place a towel inside the shower to prevent any slips or falls.The location is good or bad depending on the person. We found it neither good or bad. It is very convenient to the freeway and downtown Nashville but we didn’t spend much time in Nashville. The communication was good overall. They were nice and helpful.

My fiancé, dog, and I had a wonderful stay at the Urban Bungalow during our time in Nashville! It was spacious enough for the three of us and very close to everything we wanted to do! I would highly recommend staying here if you’re ever visiting Nashville!

My husband and I visited Nashville with another couple and this ab&b was perfect! Easy Uber to Broadway and affordable. The ab&b is clean and cute as can be and in a good quiet neighborhood. though we didn't use it other then to sit for a bit to smoke outside this trip the fire pit was a cute addition in a private little bungalow area. Communication with the host was great, we didn't need anything extra or have to reach out for anything but they still wished us a great trip/stay/and trip home which was great just to know they were there if we needed anything. highly recommend and will visit again!🖤 #nashvilleislife

This property was perfect for my stay, close to most attractions. It was very peaceful and worth the money I paid for, highly recommended stay.

Clean comfortable stay (new towels and bedding$. Nice decor. Good value. Parking on street was ample and also spots on the premises was nice. We used a few Ubers from Broadway and cost maybe $12.00. Washer and dryer was an all in one and left clothes wrinkled so I would not depend on doing clothes. Overall a wonderful stay.

Great location and place to stay while we transitioned back to Nashville, especially with the dogs.

Brandon’s place was perfect for what we needed. My friend and I came down to house hunt to move to nashville. It is very close to 12 south- with shopping and restaurants. You can get to almost anything in nashville in 15 minutes if not rush hour!

This place is very cutely decorated throughout. It was easy to find and the off street parking was great. There is good communication with the rental company. They do have a completely separate contract they want you to sign which did not match the Airbnb terms. When we questioned it they were quick to respond to our satisfaction. We had a few issues and again, they were quick to answer via their “app” and text. There are a few maintenance issues they need to address. Floors are very uneven and it would be difficult if someone had balance or equilibrium issues. Overall a cute place in a good area.

Very much enjoyed staying here! It felt very private and I loved being able to use the kitchen, which felt more like home away from home. The parking in the alley is a little bit difficult to find at first, but makes perfect sense once you’ve done it once. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and it felt clean, and I slept great! It was the perfect location for everything I did in Nashville. I would stay here again!

This unit was perfect for what we needed for the week. Clean and as described. Easy 1 mile walk or bike to all the fun shopping and restaurants of 12 South.

This was a great place for our 4 night stay in Nashville. We were close to everything, $8 uber to Broadway and walkable to many places. The hosts were quick to respond to any requests and very helpful. The house was clean and well appointed; beds/pillows were comfy, temp was great, shower pressure also good, it was like being in my own home. We would definitely stay again!

10/10 I had surgery at Vanderbilt and this duplex is just one mile from the main hospital. Everything was perfect from the decor to the beds!!! It was all so cozy and clean. I will definitely book to stay here next time we come to Nashville!!! The WiFi went out and I contacted them they had it up and running within thirty minutes!!! EXCELLENT all the way around!

Amazing service Last minute booking for a family emergency- the team at Hallson was so very accommodating and did all they could do to make my experience comfortable. They were able to extend my stay beyond my booking so that I could have more time with my family.

Pros: beds are very comfortable, everything was clean, decor is cute, kitchen was nice, parking spots in back are convenient. Cons: the entrance is very dangerous with a big drop off and no railing, the cleaning fee is $175, and I disagree with the random processing fees, what is that really for? For two nights we paid $800, and the cost of 2 nights for the actual air bnb was only $424. Just be careful and read the fine print. Also positive shout out to the support person who was able to help us get in after our code didn’t work, very nice.

This location and house was perfect! A little smaller than expected & the backyard is not completely fenced in. Other than that it was great! Very close and easy drive to Vanderbilt Medical Center, which made this place even better!! We will definitely stay again for future appointments & surgeries! Thank you!

Fun Time in Music City House was all we needed. The location was very convenient. Only small items were: parking on the street sometimes left us a few houses down, and the hall and bathroom floor were a little slanted. Overall a very pleasant place to stay!

This place was great! It was very cutely decorated and the host responded quickly with any questions we had. The location was close to broadway - I think about 2.5 miles which took about 12-20 minutes via car depending on traffic. Would stay here again!

Cute and cozy bungalow This bungalow was so cute, and we really enjoyed the amenities. I especially loved sitting out by the fire pit in the backyard. The bottle of wine was nice welcoming gift too. The door code had somehow changed on our last night there and they were quick to get back with us and resolve the issue. We loved it. Very clean as well.

We had a great stay in Oct! Property was as described in listing. It was a perfect for us (3 adults). It had all the amenities we needed. Naomi was great for quickly responding to a couple of questions. Location was perfect for visiting our kiddo at university, 5-10 mins to almost everything we did! We will definitely stay again!

The home is a DUPLEX and we received the back side of it. Other than the amenities list stating that it was a shared yard, there was no details about this being a shared property in the description. Luckily, we had zero issue with the other tenant. Positives - Location was convenient to downtown and Ubers where cheap. Beds/furniture were comfortable and adequate for four people (no way 6 will be comfortable). House was clean. Negatives - Street is noisy and we could hear trains in the AM. The cheapest handyman renovated this place, and it is bad. Floors are not level throughout the home (if you are not drunk you will feel drunk walking down the hallway), large lip on the transition from hallway to bathroom (Tripped on it), no smoke detector in one of the bedrooms (just a whole in the ceiling) and the floor drain in the shower is not secured. I was not expecting the four seasons from the price and location but these issues should be fixed for safety, the rest is cosmetic.

Brandon’s home was great! The home was clean, well appointed and the beds were super comfy! Walkable to local shops and restaurants. Short/affordable Uber rides to anywhere else in the city. I would highly recommend this home and would stay here again.

The Bungalow was a great location for our vacation. It's located just 5 minutes or so from downtown but far enough to have quiet and privacy. We had everything we needed for our stay: dishes, toiletries, linens, etc. The host sent detailed instructions making for an easy, late night check-in.

Brandon’s place seems to be part of a professional operation but missing essential amenities: no kitchen sponge, no place to sit and eat, no Living room chairs to accommodate the number of guests staying there, inadequate LR lighting, only a too bright overhead, no standing lamps, no baking sheet, empty refrigerator, no basic condiments etc.

We loved Brandon’s place! We have stayed in many Airbnbs throughout Europe and the US and this was one of the best. We loved everything about it; the location (only about 10 minutes from Broadway), off-street parking, decor, extra touches, quality linens and towels. It is very tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you might need while traveling. The pictures don’t do it justice! We had an issue with the electronic key pad, but our check-in instructions gave guidance in the event that it malfunctioned. If the key pad issue is repaired there would be nothing but praise! We would definitely stay again. Book now, you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful place! Maximum 15 min Uber drive from anywhere you could want to go to. Really clean and plentiful towels/sheets. Very professional communication — never felt unsafe or had our needs unmet! Overall, would highly recommend this spot :)
