The Belmont House - Sauna + Walk to 12 South! — Guest Reviews

This was a great location for visiting our son at Belmont. The property was clean and functional for our needs. Communication with the property managers was excellent - they were very responsive and willing to help with anything. Location is walking distance to 12 South shopping/food district and as mentioned, a short walk to the beautiful Belmont campus. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was well maintained and spacious. A lot of space for a family of 4. Nice touches like the gift basket and garage door openers to use. Very comfortable, in a nice safe neighborhood across from Belmont University. Having the attached garage and laundry was very convenient. One downside was the upstairs bedrooms would not get quite warm enough (cold front while we were there) no matter how warm we set the thermostat. Plenty of blankets so not a huge deal. The waterfall shower in the bunk bed en suite bathroom was amazing. Despite having 3 showers we all wanted to use that one. VERY comfortable beds, linens and pillows. Would 100% stay here again.

This was a great location for our family and we appreciated having daily necessities available with extra supplies available if needed. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! Great place with excellent amenities in a very walkable neighborhood next to Belmont. Pretty much everything we wanted to do was a 5-10 minute drive. The place itself has lots of space and was very enjoyable. The 2-car garage is a great plus! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for our graduation weekend and comfortable / spacious for our family with everything we needed. The details had all the information to keep it simple, and communication was quick and responsive.

The townhouse was in a good central location that made it easy to walk to several other Nashville neighborhoods. On kind of a busy road but it wasn't too terribly loud at night. We did also find a door handle lock that we could use to prevent our toddler from being able to open the door to the main road which was very much appreciated. There was plenty of space for us all to fit comfortably and the kitchen was well stocked with all the items we needed for our trip.

Brought my family to visit my daughter who is attending Belmont University. The home was perfect location as it is right across the street from the university. It is spacious, clean and centrally located to Music Row and Broadway (Honky Tonk Highway) and only 20 minutes to airport. There are many great restaurants and grocery in either direction just minutes away. 2 car garage can accommodate a mid-size sedan or small SUV (Ford Edge). Communication from Brandon and Naomi was excellent and very detailed. Would highly recommend this home.

Brandon's place was bright and airy with a beautiful kitchen and great handout sofa. Lovely treats were there when we arrived. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was stocked with toiletries. The water on the two upper bedrooms does not get that hot but we were fine. There are so many beds. There is plenty of space for a family gathering or group friends. The location is a short drive to everything you need and all neighborhoods. The garage is a little small. I am not sure an SUV or long car will fit into it but we saw plenty of parking available on the street. Overall, a fantastic stay. Thanks to our hosts!! Would recommend.

I would highly recommend Brandon's Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. It’s close to everything and it’s in a Up and coming Neighborhood. There’s a Beautiful park down the block to take your kids.

We stayed at The Beaufort for a long weekend with our kids and friends! It was a wonderful house! Description matched the pictures, house was clean and fitted all 8 of us perfectly. Location was great and Jessica and Brandon were perfect hosts! Would definitely recommend this place.

This was a great fit for what we needed. We were there to move our son into Belmont and this location was perfect. The campus was right across the street. Only a short Uber ride to downtown. Plenty of space for our family of 6 to spread out. Hope to stay there again in the future.

Nashville Weekend My friends and I all enjoyed the property and loved the house and location. We were a short Uber to everything we needed and I highly recommend this house.

Our group of 5 enjoyed our stay in Nashville. The condo was a perfect place to relax and have coffee in the morning before starting our day. Great location within walking distance from some shopping and cafes and easy to Uber to many other neighborhoods for music and fun.

Great space for a large group We had a group of 8 and the house fit all of us comfortably. It was pretty clean with the exception of the kitchen table that hadn’t been wiped down. We arrived after 4pm (check in time) but our pre-stay form stated 6pm, so we weren’t able to get into the house right away. The code they provide you with for the front door won’t work until the time you specify on your form. The door was unlocked by the management company after I called them because we couldn’t get in, but it wasn’t convenient. Just put 4pm on your check in form to eliminate this inconvenience. Also, if you do a “luggage hold,” note that you may need to call the company again to be let in to retrieve your luggage. We were told we had until 2:30pm to get our luggage from the garage, but no one was there when we arrived at 2:15pm, and we had to call management again to let us in. It wasn’t a major problem, just a bit of an inconvenience as the process wasn’t what was described and we had to cancel our Ubers and wait several minutes for the company to unlock the door. The house is only a 4-5 min car ride to12 South and The Gulch, which was great! Overall 4/5 stars for with our stay ⭐️

A perfect stay for a great weekend with friends. Only issue we had was that we were given the wrong door code, but the team was very responsive when we contacted them and helped us get sorted out quickly. Overall a very comfortable and clean place.

A few friends and I planned a very last-minute trip to Nashville for 4th of July weekend. We felt so lucky to find Brandon and Naomi’s place in such a short amount of time! Brandon and Naomi were so quick to respond when requesting to book. When arriving at the house, we had a minor issue with the passcode, but Brandon responded within minutes of us contacting him to resolve the issue. We were stunned with how beautiful the space was when we got into the home. The hosts left us a bottle of wine and cookies which was such a nice thoughtful touch after our long drive in. The home was pristine, and the the beds were SO comfortable it made it hard to want to leave! This house is a short ride to all of the best spots in Nashville! The garage made unpacking and packing up so easy. We didn’t want our trip to end and we definitely plan on coming back! If you are looking for a great place to stay with friends in Nashville, this is your place!

This place met all of our expectations. It was very clean, very big, and an overall great place to stay. We had 6 people and could’ve had a lot more people with us and been happy and comfortable in the space. It is right near Belmont so there were some local places to eat it! It was close to downtown Nashville and very easy to navigate around.

Good stay Overall good stay especially for the price. It was clean but since pets are allowed, there was a bit of dog hair that got on things. As a dog owner myself, that is expected regardless how much you clean. Any items requested were provided immediately. You just need to be aware there is a lot of street noise.

What we loved: The location was great. You could walk to shops (20 South?) and there is a coffee shop on the corner. We were able to walk to Vanderbilt for our daughter's cermony. It is also an easy off and on to the interstate to get to other locations. The house was extremely clean and looked like the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked with dishwasher (that works) and disposal. The beds were very comfortable. We were a party of 5 adults and felt has if we had more than enough space including having 3 dogs. The area is safe and quiet. I enjoyed the big screen TV's. Drawbacks: The main reason that this space did not receive 5 stars from me is that the check in process broke down. The code we were given was incorrect and the information for what to do if locked out wasn't provided. I had to go through the AirBNB support to reach someone to help. We did get in about 30 minutes late. I feel that the info that there was a lockbox with a key should have been provided with instrustions.

The house looks just like the photos and Brandon was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The walls are very thin so you can hear the neighbors and all the traffic outside since it is on a main road. The location was overall pretty good. Located close to Belmont university and Vanderbilt as well as nice neighborhoods to walk through and a park around the corner which was great for my dog. There were also good restaurants within walking distance and downtown was only a short Uber ride. Overall the area felt very safe however there was an incident with a homeless intoxicated man sitting on the front stoop that we think came from closer to the highway so a good idea to be aware even though I did feel very safe walking my dog each day.

The house was great for a large group. It was in a nice location, which made it easy to get to various places, via vehicle or walking. Great communication, before our trip, and during our stay. House was clean, and had all the items we needed. Gina, the housekeeper, was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Pro’s: perfect location, extremely comfortable beds and couch, plenty of pillows, safe, keyless entry, blankets were very cozy Con’s: low water pressure, water temperature (never got fully hot, gave us instructions to increase temperature but did not match with water heater), Recycling and trash outside was full when we arrived (colors of the bins also didn’t match description), squeaky bunk beds (extremely comfortable but very noisy so not great for light sleepers), bedroom and shower door jams, need to purchase paper goods (toilet paper and paper towels) *Giving it a 4 because the water never got hot and with a group of 8 people that all have to shower, it wasn’t ideal. But otherwise, it was great!

From the spacious living room to the comfortable beds, this place did not disappoint! The kitchen was fully stocked with many appliances making our mealtimes a breeze. Our spring break trip was affordable and enjoyable!

The hosts went above and beyond for a special occasion that we were celebrating. The townhouse was close to a lot of activities that were within walking distance …such as midtown, music row , Belmont house , 12 south and other small towns, plus a small drive to broadway.The house was located near a busy road but we got past that since the house was located in a convenient area.Thanks to the team!

Great place, perfect location for our conference at Belmont university. A little tricky to figure out that the driveway is off a side street but that was the only thing that wasn’t absolutely awesome. Would stay again!

THE HOUSE WAS NICE AS WELL AS THE BOTTLE OF WINE, MY MAIN COMPLAINT IS THAT THE PARKING IS NOT IDEAL FOR LARGER SUVS/TRUCKS, YOU HAVE TO PARK IN THE STREET. YES, THERE IS A GARAGE, BUT ONLY BIG ENOUGH FOR COMPACT VEHICLES, ONLY OTHER OPTION IS ON THE STREET AND THAT IS WHERE MY TRUCK WAS PARKED WHEN WINDOWS WERE SMASHED AND BROKEN INTO. CASH AND OTHER STUFF WERE NOT TAKEN, THEY WERE LOOKING FOR GUNS, ALL GLOVE BOXES WERE OPEN, LUCKLY MY GUN WAS WITH ME, AND EVEN MORE, I DIDN'T CATCH THEM. LONG HARD DRIVE FROM NASHVILLE TO TEXAS WITH BROKEN-OUT WINDOWS. HOLIDAY WEEKEND AND COULD NOT GET REPAIRED.

Wonderful home! Well-stocked kitchen! Clean and comfortable. Super responsive hosts. The perfect location for us (walking distance to our son's house). A note for people with our same profile... The best sleeping spaces (large rooms and bathrooms) are upstairs. It made sense for our adult kids and their 3 young children to occupy the 2 upstairs rooms together. That put us older folks in the garage-level room. The dimensions of that bedroom and bathroom are a bit cramped and probably better suited for youngsters and teens. This is not criticism, just an observation. We would definitely rent this home again.

Positives: We came for my 6 month olds open heart surgery at Vanderbilt. Great location, close to hospital. Beds were so comfortable with great comforters and pillows. TVs in every room except for the kids room (downstairs only gets Netflix and YouTube) we logged into our personal accounts. Nice spacious livingroom for our infant to play. Good kitchen, lots of supplies for cooking and storage. Nice little balcony. Private garage was perfect for loading my infant in and out of the car safely. Fun decor Things to consider: Really humid upstairs no matter what I did. Ice maker was broken. No closet in the master which forced us to keep our clothes in our infants room. I had to creep around to get ready and not wake her up. Also piece of carpet near the kids closet is curled so we tripped constantly. Internet was spotty so TV went in and out. Curtain rod fell down in living room.

Great, walkable location. We stayed here while visiting Belmont University and it was directly across the street from the new medical building and easy access to the campus.

This place was great! Nice large living room where we could all gather. Spacious with all the amenities! Nice area of town just a short drive to everything! A little traffic noise, but we quickly got used to it. The managers are fantastic! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a great location and property convenient to Belmont and Vanderbilt Universities. Spacious, well appointed with en suite baths for all three bedrooms. We had a wonderful time hanging out between events and found fun things to do and restaurants in walking distance.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It is in a great location close to abundant restaurants & activity. Plenty of towels/washcloths & shower supplies provided was a nice touch. Management was wonderful to communicate with. The one issue we had was the traffic noise level at night in the 1st floor bedroom and the 2nd floor master bedroom - they face Wedgewood Avenue, which is busy 24 hours day, so earplugs came in handy at night. Despite this, we would definitely stay at this property again!

Our rental was very clean and spacious. Decorated nicely, especially enjoyed the smart televisions. We enjoyed the walkability of the surrounding neighborhoods with lots of nice restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay there again if ever in Nashville again.

Get place This was a great stay. Townhome was clean and had all the necessities that you need for a good stay. Proximity to 12 South is a short walk and Proximity to Broadway is a quick uber. Property manager was on point with excellent communication about arrival, stay and departure. The only reason I am not giving it a full 5 star review is that it is located on a busy street, with the master on that side of the house. The mornings were a little noisy.

The place is very modern and beautiful, plenty of room , quiet neighborhood, perfect location and close to downtown restaurants and nightlife not walkable though, our stay was peaceful and relaxing and enjoyable, thank you for the wonderful welcome packet and incredible hospitality, when we hit Nashville again we will definitely book this stay again

Nashville 2024 We enjoyed the house, we prepared our meals and found everything we needed. Suggestions: repair ice maker, provide more toilet paper, paper towels and kleenex. The street in front of the house is extremely noisy, ambulances with sirens run in front of the house quite frequently. If your a sound sleeper it shouldn't be a problem. Also, the bunk beds are not friendly for older people, it is difficult to climb and up down the ladder especially in the dark,

One of the best places we have stayed with an Air BNB. Short walk to 12 South. Easy and short Uber to every place else.

Overall the Belmont house was perfect! Lots of space, clean, cozy, and an easy 10 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go. We did have a couple hiccups in that the check-in code and wi-fi info were different from what was listed in the guide, but we reached out and it was resolved very quickly. Additionally, we were there during very unusual weather for Nashville - under a ton of snow and ice and crazy low temps (one day was a high of 11!) For that reason the downstairs bedroom was quite chilly and we were instructed not to turn the heat above 70 so as not to tax the system. The main and top floors stayed plenty warm at 70 but the downstairs bedroom was quite chilly. Luckily the guest staying in that room was prepared so she was fine. Would definitely stay there again!

This is a nice place!! Comfortable near all to do in Nashville. Walked to the Gulch and 12 South. You will not be disappointed.

Very nice condo located in a great location. Can get to different areas of town easily. Local restaurants were very good. Everything was clean and it felt like home. Thank you.

All and all it was everything I expected. The place was very clean and comfortable. The only issue I could find was the sink in the lower level was slow to drain so there would be toothpaste residue in there all the time. This next issue, no fault to Brandon, but I tried to get a later check out time the evening prior to checking out, and I thought I was able to schedule it for an extra two hours but to my surprise the cleaning crew was there right at 10am. So we had to spend a couple hours longer at the airport. But it afforded me an opportunity to write this review.

Brandon and his team are amazing! When I do go back to Nashville, I will rent from him again. We had a small hiccup with a leaking pipe and he had someone out to fix it within 20 minutes. The house was stoked with all the paper goods you could possibly need. The location is amazing and we all felt extremely safe. The biggest plus was that the cooler worked so well I was actually cold at night !! I would Recommend this property to anyone I know going to Nashville that doesn’t want to be right on Broadway but only a 10 minute drive away.

Great location, clean and perfect layout lots of space. Check in and out was seamlessly. The home had everything we needed. This was my first AirBNb booking and turned out to be much easier and a much better experience than I expected.

We would definitely recommend staying here! The house was great. The entire space was very clean, and there was a nice living room and big TV for hanging out. The beds were also extremely comfortable (nicer than most hotels we've been to) - we would recommend planning to just have 1 person sleep on each of the top bunks in the bunk bed room. The location was also convenient - there were a few places you could walk to, and it was an easy under 15 minute Uber ride for everywhere else we wanted to go. We had a great time!

Great Airbnb that's super convenient to the Vanderbilt / Belmont / 12th South area. The 3-level townhome was well decorated, had comfortable beds, and was very clean. Loved the warmth/safety of the 2-car garage! Well-stocked kitchen with both a Keurig and a regular coffeemaker. Internet and TV's worked great! Host was proactive in communicating upon check-in and the following day to make sure all was good. Will definitely stay again!

We had a great stay here. The house has 3 levels with garage and 1 bedroom on ground floor, second floor with kitchen, living room and powder room and small balcony off the kitchen. The third floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a huge walk-in closet and one without access to a closet. House was very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. It is right across street from beautiful Belmont University and close to 12 South neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Very attentive host from the onset of our communication. He, along with his team, was available and answered every question. The place had more than enough room and comfy furnishings. This location was conveniently nestled close enough to get to the action in a short 8 minute ride yet far enough away to have peaceful rest at night. We had an issue arise and it was immediately addressed and remedied. We had a wonderful stay.
