The location was convenient. House was very clean and fit our family of 4 perfectly. The front bedroom does hear the traffic noise through the night but nothing that prevented us from being able to sleep. Garage parking was nice. The area felt safe and we never had any issues. Neighbors were quiet. Would certainly stay here again.

I loved The EDGEHILL House. Walking distance to Vanderbilt Hospital and other places. Quiet pretty street. And lovely accommodations. I will be back to visit my son and stay here with my family. As I’m older it’s perfect for families, but, I can also see it being perfect for a girl’s weekend. You are so close to everything and yet far enough away for some peace and quiet. Furthermore, the staff, like Sammy were very accommodating, professional and beyond kind. They brought me peace during a difficult time.

We love staying there while we move our daughter in and out of Belmont University. It's a great location.

Thanksgiving in Nashville This house had everything we needed for a family Thanksgiving vacation. Comfortable beds; kitchen well stocked; walking distance to restaurants and live music. Great communication with property manager.

Great set up, right across the street from Belmont This condo has 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom, and made it so comfortable for us. The kitchen and living area were nice and we enjoyed using the record player! We also were able to use the 2 car garage with direct access to the condo. The topper was this condo was right across the street from Belmont where we were attending orientation for my daughter. Very pleased with our stay!

Great location Perfect for a family or group!

Great stay! We rented this during our son’s orientation at Belmont. It was great to be able to walk to and from campus and still be able to drive anywhere within 15 min. We are already planning our next trip!

Amazing location just across the street from the Belmont campus, around the corner from 12 South and a quick (and inexpensive) Uber to anywhere you need to go. We absolutely loved the convenience of having a private garage and the stocked kitchen where we were able to cook our family Thanksgiving dinner. Brandon was SUPER responsive to any needs we had as well as a few suggestions we made along the way.

Our family of 10 had adequate sleeping and activity space. This was our first AirBNB experience. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine when we arrived.

Great spot for our week long stay in Nashville! Right across the street from Belmont University, and super close to 12 South one of our favorite places to dine and shop. Great set up for a party of 4 with a bunk room for two additional kids. Very clean and the pictures depict the place well. Also very nice to have our own garage to park in. We would definitely rebook here on a future visit.

Girls weekend Great location to get to everything we wanted to experience! Broadway, Bluebird Cafe, good food!

The location and accommodations provided at this property were perfect four our girls trip in Nashville. We were especially happy with the proximity to 12South - tons of restaurants & shops. Also the location felt extremely safe.

Girls trip (Aunts, daughters, nieces) Great property, everyone had their own bathroom which made getting ready for the day easy and prompt! We were only like 10 minutes, if that, from Broadway. The beds were so comfortable! There is a washer and dryer available so if you want to do your laundry before returning home and not have to worry about that chore when you get home, well, there's that! Also, an attached garage for two vehicles was nice! We loved all of it!

Girls weekend Nice place

Our group of cousins take a girls trip each fall. Nashville did not disappoint. Brandon’s home offered us a very comfortable stay. The kitchen was clean and very well equipped as was the entire home. It is located in a nice, trendy location by Belmont University and just a few minutes drive to downtown Nashville. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Top Notch Experience! This has to be one of the nicest VRBO places we have ever stayed. It was beautiful decorated and very clean. Unfortunately our other couple was unable to make it at the last minute so we did not need the garage nor two of the bedrooms. The location was very convenient to restaurants/ bars all within a 15 minute walk. The location was also convenient for Uber pickups. Thanks for the bottle of wine, coffee and cookies too!

Nashville Townhouse Swings It was all good, so there isn't a lot to say beyond that. Our party was two people, no car, and minimal activity in the house. We used the kitchen only for tea and coffee. Nice beds, nice bathrooms, cool house

There was always an Uber within a couple minutes. The house was very comfortable for three couples, though the downstairs bedroom was a little smaller than it seemed in the pictures. Would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at The Edgehill House. There were four of us (2 couples), so there was an abundance of space. The house is well-laid out over 3 floors, so you have plenty of privacy. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and there was plenty of hot water, all of which are very important to me when I travel. Also, all household necessities (dishwashing detergent, trash bags, etc.) were provided. The check-in/check-out process was easy, and Brandon and his team are very responsive to messages. The house was a quick Rideshare ride away from most attractions and we found it was cheaper than paying for parking at many places. We had no issues with any part of our stay and would gladly stay here again.

This home is amazing. Very spacious and perfect for 3 couples. The home had everything we needed and the kitchen was great for cooking meals together. It was a quick Uber to Broadway and Music Row. I highly recommend it and would certainly stay here again.

Check-In and WiFi access couldn’t have been any easier. The house was very clean and in a wonderful location. We had our two dogs with us and it was a great location to walk dogs daily!!! We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again!!!

The house was perfect for us. Each guest has their own bathroom, fully stocked! Typically there is not much back up TP or towels. The area was 10-15 minutes from everything we planned and felt very safe when walking our dog. We would highly recommend this place.

Nashville Property was beautiful. Good location. Just far enough away from the chaos. Close enough to 12South, the Gulch, Broadway, Vanderbilt. Place was fully stocked and dog friendly. We had a great visit.

It was a great place for 7 sorority sisters to hang out and catch up 40 years after graduating from Purdue. We delighted in the opportunity to walk to restaurant locations along with quick access to Broadway and other destinations.

Perfect Nashville Stay — Close to Everything, Yet Peaceful This property is ideally located near Belmont University—just a short walk to 12th South and Vanderbilt, with quick and inexpensive Uber rides to Broadway and the Gulch. Broadway is an incredible place to visit, but it was so nice coming back here to unwind away from the noise and chaos of downtown. The unit itself was spotless, meticulously maintained, and reflected true five-star hospitality across the board. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Birthday trip This was a great property situated in a nice neighborhood with easy access to broadway and other local sports. I would definitely recommend to others.

Belmont move out we were there for 10 days it was a great location.

Excellent location, beautiful property We came for a wedding and this property served all our needs! We had three full bathrooms for three couples which made getting ready a breeze. It was centrally located to get everywhere. Although it’s on a busy street we heard no traffic noise. The only downside for us was the size of the two car garage because we couldn’t fit two minivans in it and be able to open the doors to get out. The townhouse had many extras, including coffee, filters, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and a welcome basket of goodies. If we go back to Nashville we will definitely stay here again.

Holiday stay We were in town for the Music City Bowl Game. The location was perfect in proximity to the stadium and Broadway street. The hosts were very communicative. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a real gem of a find in Nashville. This house is extremely well take. Care if and stocked! Kitchen had everything. They supplied soaps for dishwasher, washer/dryer, bathrooms fully stocked. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. House is right across from Belmont and convenient to Vanderbilt, shopping, dining. Very walkable.

This was a lovely townhouse convenient to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, 12th St S neighborhood, Belmont University, and Hillsboro neiborhood. Though fronting a busy career (Wedgwood) it was very quiet. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans and other necessary utensils. Bedrooms were comfortable, each with its own bath.

Excellent location, very clean, excellent and very clear and simple instructions for check in, very timely and helpful responses to questions. Love the two car garage! Definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville!

Great Location! This was a great place to stay - everything we wanted to do was just a short drive or uber ride away. The king beds are fabulous (I actually took a photo of the brand so I can buy as it was better than mine at home). Very clean home, and a lovely welcome gift when you arrive.

Nice House was nice - 3 stories. Did have a little issue with an outlet and the property manager sent a service person super quick. Communication was great. Location was ok. A couple blocks away was a bit sketchy, but we felt very safe in the neighborhood. It is a long walk to Broadway/Gulch. I would plan on using ubers. But they come quickly.

Good experience Unit has a lot of charm and is very useful for your stay. Other than some maintenance issues that need to be addressed we were very happy. I wish VRBO would allow 4.5 stars (hence our 4 rating). I would rent from this company again.

Great location!

We loved it and would stay again - the basement bunk beds left a little to be desired. We didn’t dare to have anyone sleep on the top as it was pretty wobbly. There also appeared to be some mold or something growing along that walls behind the bed. That should really be looked at and that bathroom toilet had some issues we had to fix….but they did come out and check on it when we requested.

The place was very spacious and has everything you need. All the amenities were functioning and clean. It was only a ten minute ride to Broadway and five minutes from the nearest Publix. We comfortably slept seven people for the weekend. I highly recommend this stay and if/when I return to Nashville, I would definitely consider going through Brandon and his team!

Our stay was ideal for our activities. Very convenient location to music venues and restaurants. The beds were as comfortable as home! Garage parking was ideal. You can park and uber just about anywhere. LOVE LOVE LOVE that this property manager donates unopened non-perishables that you want to leave behind to a local family in need.

The quick response time was terrific for any questions/issues. The house was fine, the outside activity could get loud. The location was a quick drive from the airport and quick drive to get downtown.

Great Nashville Stay Edgehill was a fantastic place to stay. Very clean and well stocked. Loved the neighborhood of Edgehilll and the town of Hillsboro. Quaint shops great breakfast and dinner places. A little longer walk than what we wanted to Broadway but very doable, or a quick Lyft or Scooter ride in/back. Would definitely stay in this neighborhood again.

It was a close location to most anything we wanted, within walking distance to some and a short Uber to others. I had read in previous reviews that the street outside is busy and can get kind of loud but most of the time we didn't even notice it! Communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

I loved Brendan’s Airbnb. It is perfectly located for many of Nashville’s neighborhoods. The place was very large and very clean. There were many thoughtful touches and we felt right at home. Brendan was a very proactive and communicative host. I can’t recommend Brendan’s Airbnb highly enough.
