House was awesome for the amount of people we had with us and was very clean. The location was convenient for everywhere we went in Nashville. They did awesome with communicating with me for any questions I had. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone in the future

This Airbnb was amazing to stay at, would highly recommend coming with a large group of friends!

We had seven adults, and it accommodated all of us. It was clean, and we had a great time; it was also close to downtown. We used Uber to get around.

Took a trip with a large group of cousins to see Nashville for an extended weekend and stayed here. The place was great, with a nice rooftop and quiet location that was a quick uber away from Broadway. We felt comfortable staying here and the place was very clean upon arrival with all listed amenities. We booked pretty late for the timing of our trip, and probably could've found a cheaper place or one closer to Broadway with more advance planning. Still a good value for this Airbnb, but certainly expensive if you don't have enough people. Thanks to the hosts! :)

Had a wonderful time with friends in Nashville. Property is a very quick ride to downtown and all the action. Would 100% recommend to a larger group looking to stay in Nashville for a weekend getaway. Property is easily accessible, squeaky clean, newly renovated, and very accommodating. The host was easy to reach and communication was spot on. Thanks for a great stay we will be back!!

House was sparkling clean, yet homey feeling & plenty spacious for our group of 6. Home looked exactly as shown. Public transportation is just a walk down to the corner. Close to downtown & grocery store. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was stunning and the views from the rooftop were top notch! Brandon and his group even sent a box of cookies for our weekend stay. Really good place - almost brand new. Ample space for all 5 of us. Rooms were spacious and the place has a little bit of everything (including a great roof deck). LOTS of stairs, but other than that we loved-loved the home.

Great place to stay! We loved being able to stay together with our friends, but have our own space. The rooftop patio was a favorite!! The surrounding area was quite and felt safe. It was just a few minute Uber ride to downtown. Highly recommend!

We loved this place. It was very spacious lots of room. We ended up having only 6 people because 2 others couldn’t make it, This place could’ve fit like 14 people with all the beds. The kitchen was nice and clean and had all the tools we needed to cook. Bathrooms had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Common areas had plenty of seating. Rooftop was a great place to hang out and enjoy good views. The home is 4 stories including the rooftop, lots of stairs so keep that in mind for ADA reasons. The common area and bunk beds room are on the second floor. Master and 3rd bedroom on 3rd floor then additional stairs to the rooftop. Also it’s a bit of a trek to downtown. Definitely expect to take Ubers/lyfts to get to high traffic areas as it’s a bit industrial.

Birthday Weekend Absolutely loved the house! Description was accurate, very clean and roomy property. We had 8 adults stay to celebrate a birthday and had a great time! It was an easy uber to and from downtown. We would definitely stay again if in Nashville!

Convenient Lodging Just off Downtown About the experience: we rented units B&C. The properties were centrally located to Downtown and other nice neighborhood experiences by just a short Lyft or drive. We had no problems with safety. the convenience of having two homes directly next to one another and going between the two no matter the time day or night so convenient. About the property: It is a very nice property. Great space to spread out, very nice bathrooms and kitchens. Upon check-in there was an issue getting the inside garage door to close in unit C. I contacted the team who was very responsive, they sent someone over within minutes and the door was fixed. My only slight criticism would be to refresh the paint in high traffic areas.**There are a lot of stairs so be strategic when you pick a room, lol.Overall review: If you are traveling with a lot of people you will love securing these properties together or even just one house if that’s all you need. We had twenty adults who had a great time and loved their accommodations!

we had 8 in for CMA Fest and the place was perfect. Each room had it own bath which was nice. Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay

House was extremely clean and had a great open concept. Had 3 floors with plenty of bedrooms and places to sleep. Went there for my 3 day bachelor party and couldn’t have picked a better spot. The rooftop hangout area was definitely the best spot to hangout, have drinks etc. The kitchen was huge which was great cause all 10 of us could hangout in the kitchen, have beers before heading out to broadway which was like a 10 min or less Uber ride. Great place to stay if you’re renting for a weekend with your buddies

We absolutely loved staying at the home. There was plenty of space for our nine adults if we wanted to hang out together or separately. It was very well maintained and sound didn't carry from room to room. We really liked the door alarms that beeped when the door opened it made us feel safe and secure as nine women. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The showers were plenty big with good water pressure and good towels. We do wish the walkway back from Jackson to C was easier to traverses. The loose gravel and overgrown plants made it not as safe, especially when it was raining.

This is a great house for a big group! Plenty of space, had everything we needed, and easy short drive to downtown.

This home housed 8 very comfortably. Had everything you need. The roof top has great views(hope they can trim the trees soon). The area is gentrifying, but harmless. Very close to Broadway and car shares are no longer than 5 min away. I would def come back and stay! Yeehaw Brandon thanks for the Southern Hospitality

Our family had a great time at this location! The house was beautiful and was very nicely done! We were pretty close to most of the downtown shopping and experiences. Definitely would stay here again!

This was the best place to stay for our family vacation! Messages were answered within an hour and they were very accommodating!

We rented Brandon's house for 3 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. For 3 families, the bedrooms worked out perfectly. The house is decorated beautifully and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The rooftop was a huge hit, but be prepared for the climb up the staircase. We had one person on crutches and another elderly family member - it was a bit daunting. The kitchen/living room set up was great for gathering, but for a house that sleeps so many - there weren't enough chairs and available seating in the dining and living room areas. Would be great to have more. The kitchen was nice but only had the bare basics for cooking. There weren't mixing bowls, measuring cups, containers for storage, etc. There also weren't any baggies or spices. You'd have to buy a lot to cook a big meal while staying here. That aside, we loved the house and were able to visit and catch up as planned. Communication was excellent!

Very nice house. Very new and very well maintained. Very cool rooftop. Very responsive host. Doesn’t sleep as many adults as advertised but would for a family with small children. Area is a bit sketchy and not as close to main downtown area as expected/advertised, but Uber is always around and it’s not that far. Hence why price is probably very fair.

Husbands 50th birthday We had a great time. We walked or rented scooters to get most places. The rental is close to downtown Nasheville, publix, fast food, and a cute park. The beds were very comfortable, rooms were spacious and each had a bathroom. The rooftop was great for morning coffe, and for hanging out after a long day of exploring.

We recently visited Nashville for my daughter’s 21st birthday. What a fun and perfect place to stay! There was ample room for all the girls with plenty of bathrooms, YES! The rooftop was a fabulous bonus- great for pictures and chilling out.All the girls had the time of their lives! . It was truly a magical weekend. Thank you, Brandon!

Girls trip Communication was great, house was big enough. However the detail the cleaning crew had was lacking! Hosts did deduct cleaning fee, which was nice. But when you find one thing wrong (sheets were not clean in bunk room), then your eye notices more. But my concerns were addressed in a timely manner.

Had a great time in Nashville this weekend while staying at Brandon’s place. Everything was very clean and there was plenty of space for 8 girls to feel comfortable. Clear instructions for check in and check out. Host is very responsive to all questions. Location is a quick drive to downtown leading to cheap(er) fare rides. Highly recommend!

Navy Reunion Great place, very clean, nice neighborhood! Just make sure you know How many stairs you’re really signing up for! lol 😂 we honestly knew it had stairs, but we had no idea how steep or how intense! However we had a great weekend and got in an intense workout! lol however it was awesome and perfect for our group!

Such an awesome house! #1 was the roof deck with great views. Distillery was walking distance, went every day for good food/drinks 10 out of 10

I think it’s very important to know that 3 of the bedrooms are interconnected with two not having a door to separate from each other. You also need to walk through those two bedrooms to access the main bathroom. We were two family’s staying together and it was very awkward/impossible to have proper privacy. This definitely needs to be updated in the listing. We arrived an hour after check in time and the cleaning crew was still there, which was very frustrating as we were stoping to freshen up between a wedding and reception. The neighborhood is very rundown, and while this isn’t the property’s fault it’s worth mentioning there was a police raid across the street the next morning.When we were loading up to leave at 10am the cleaning crew was already there standing around smoking. It put a rushed feeling on us to get out and rushed goodbyes with friends.Overall lots of things could have been better.

Beautiful and large extremely comfortable home. We were a bachelor party of 6 and felt extremely comfortable in the house. Rooftop patio is amazing. Ran into a tripped breaker, and host was extremely responsive helping us solve the problem. Less than a ten minute uber from broadway. Lots of room in the garage. No complaints, great space .

Great value. Clean and just a $7 Uber ride to downtown. I really appreciated how there weren’t 50 different tasks for checkout. Also, the view from the rooftop was incredible. Great experience all around.

Really great stay at Brandon’s place. It was pristine and worked great for our group of 4. Definitely an up and coming neighborhood. Locate the driveway through an alley in the back. Lots of stairs which was fine for us but good for others to know. Brandon was so great and this place is so awesome for 4 couples since all the rooms have bathrooms.

Overall the property was great. It was very clean when checking in and it is only a short drive to broadway. The rooftop deck was nice and check in and check out instructions were clear and easy. All amenities listed were provided for an overall great stay.

Drawer in vanity imaster.is broken amd a towel hook is missing. Dryer vent is blocked behind the screen. Ice maker did not work. Would be nice to have a tv in all the bedrooms.

We had a great stay in Nashville. Such a fun city and this property made a great home base for us. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of long stair cases that could be a drawback to somebody. The kitchen was well equipped and contact with managers was quick and responsive.

We loved the place. I also love having a garage to park my car. It’s a little small for a large vehicle but it was perfect for me. The place is close to the Marathon Music Hall which was the biggest factor in choosing this property since it’s was a short walk to the venue.

The place was great, the rooms were good and the bathrooms clean and plenty. Well spaced and stocked. We had two cars and were able to park in the garage. The rooftop was nice as well and it is close to downtown.

Great Ccomodations Great property at a great location!! Very clean and convienant to downtown but far enough to be out of the downtown ruckus! Only issue was the ice maker wasn't working on the fridge but can be easily fixed!! Really enjoyed our stay!!!

Great management company, nice home, OK location It’s an up-and-coming area, and there are some rough spots close by. Even though we felt safe walking and biking during the day. There was a shooting one night that woke us up.The management company was excellent, I’d even go as far as to say the best we’ve ever experienced. Attentive and responsive.

Very nice place with lots of things to do just minutes away. Got there much earlier than intended and host let us know exactly when cleaning was done and let us check in early. Will definitely use this host again next time I’m back in Nashville

Place was great. Had everything needed. If I absolutely had to make a complaint it was just a little difficult at first to find this unit but after found it was fantastic.

This is not a mom and pop airbnb it's a large commercial enterprise. There were many identical units in the area, so understand what you're renting. That being said the place was extremely clean and amenities were provided. We requested an early check-in by a few hours and were charged $145 CAD for it. The neighborhood was slightly sketchy but for the price I guess that's what you get. The rooftop did not have a cooler or the corn hole game in the photo. But all in all it was as advertised

Beautiful home with space to stretch out. Rooftop was amazing! Place could use a good scrubbing as some walls were quite dirty. Exhaust fans were filthy. Overall a great place to stay. A working ice maker would have been nice, but we made do! Had issues with the wifi. Was offered to have someone come out to fix, but wasn't a big deal to us as we didn't spend a ton of time at the home. Brandon did send a box of cookies for our troubles which was not necessary but a great gesture! Would definitely go back!

Great location!

The property was beautiful. It was clean and as pictured on the website. The roof deck was beautiful and the view fantastic. Brandon and team were wonderful. Very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. My only negative comment would be that the neighborhood was not the best. I would not walk around alone at night.

Gorgeous view from the rooftop! The place is also clean, well decorated and spacious. Our host was responsive to communications. A few things to note that kept me from giving it more than a 3 star review however. The directions provided (probably by the hospitality company) are off by a bit. Our unit ( there are 3 under this host/ property) was accessible by alley. Unfortunately it wasn't easy to park our large SUV in the garage because of the layout. We had to message for the garage access code (panel outside) as it wasn't provided at the outset. The alarm code was provided but was moot because it is not functioning anyway. We had to visit the nearest store because we expected there to be certain things: coffee creamer, sugar, etc., a bar of soap in the bathroom ( the small motel version of a body wash was good for 1 of the 3 days). Weak spray in the shower. The wifi signal is weak. We experienced this on devices as well as the smart TV.
