Nashville or Bust The pictures do the property justice; however, the picture for the room that has the "twin beds" is missing and is kind of misleading; it worked but it would've been nice to have a real picture so we understood it was trundle bed versus bunk beds or two twins side by side. Other than that, the 3 bedrooms were great. The thermostat was an issue - mostly because Nashville was experiencing unseasonable temperatures; however, the thermostat was programmed and would not change so the property got pretty cold especially in the downstairs bedroom. Communication received 3 stars because it was a push-pull; I had to call to receive the check in code and WIFI information.On a lighter note, I would say this property sleeps 8 comfortably not 12 by any means. The hot tub was wonderful, however, I would add a rug when you enter from the outside so people do not slip like one of my guests did. Lastly, it was only a 10 Uber ride from Broadway so that was perfect! I would stay here again, but it would be nice if it had some personal touches like menus or rugs in the bathroom for the cold floors.

5 star experience, perfect for our group and extremely conveniently located to Broadway. Hot tub was incredible, will definitely stay again when we come back to Nashville.

Amazing home, loved the Hot tub. Communication was outstanding. Arrival gift was a nice touch! Very roomy, great set up for a get together as kitchen and living room are open and inviting to entire party.

House was great for our group! We were 4 couples and the house plan worked great for us! Everyone had their own bathroom and own space! Lots of stairs but not a problem for any of us! House was well stocked with all the basics and the host was super responsive! The only downside to this home was how close the property is to the freeway. Most of us were woken up by the big rigs going by during the night. Obviously this is out of the host control, but if you’re a lighter sleeper, just something to be aware of. Other than that, the house is super close and convenient to all the Nashville attractions! A quick 10 min Uber drive was super handy to get to Broadway, etc. We were in town for a concert and getting to and from the Titans Stadium was easy too despite lots of traffic!

Weekend Celebration House was really nice and clean. The rooftop was great!! We had a large group and sleeping arrangements all worked out but felt the listing could have been more transparent about the “5th bedroom” actually being the living room. It all worked out but not sure it would have if we had a 12th person. The location is good as it was only a short ride to downtown. There isn’t much around the area and a lot of construction work going on in the area but that didn’t really impact the trip in any way. Overall we all really enjoyed our stay and had a blast in Nashville!

Used for our annual fantasy football draft. It was perfect. Beds are comfy, super clean, roof top was beautiful and private. Departure instructions were easy and minimal. We will be using again. Thanks Brandon!

We absolutely LOVED this stunning and cozy home. 🤩 It was perfect for our family! We loved that we were close enough to everything but yet not right in the middle of it. We also loved that it was completely ready for us. Hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper…everything we needed. The host is absolutely amazing and super responsive. We loved our welcome gift they left for us! The only person I wouldn’t recommend this to is someone who cannot do stairs. You have to take stairs to get to every part of the house except the first bedroom. If you can do stairs, you should book this!

Amazing! This property was stellar. We spent a week here and have nothing but raves for this place. The beds in particular are very comfy. The kitchen definitely met our needs. The kids greatly enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the hot tub. Close enough to everything in town to make it a great spot to return to. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick Family Escape My family of 5 stayed here for a quick trip to Nashville, and it was a great spot! Hallson team welcomed us with a really nice welcome basket. They really thought of everything to make it a home away from home. The kitchen had all the equipment that you need to make a fancy dinner - and I loved that they had plastic picnic stuff too! My kids really enjoyed the hot tub, and I enjoyed sitting by the firepit while they were in the hot tub. You are a very short drive to Broadway and Germantown - both areas that we enjoyed. I will point out that there are a lot of stairs and if you have kids you may be going up and down a lot. (They wanted me to share that they loved the TVs in their rooms and their own bathrooms.) It is also close to the highway, so you’ll have highway noise, but you have easy access to the highways. We didn’t mind either the stairs or the highway proximity. We were slightly bothered by the fact that a hot tub cleaning person walked into the house. My husband was there working and said that while this person did knock, he was surprised that he just walked in and that we were not given the heads up that maintenance/cleaning needed to be done. All that being said, we would definitely stay here again!

New Years Vacation The property was great. The house was minutes from everything. We enjoyed staying at this location. My daughter loved sleeping in the Dolly room.

Had a great trip here for my bachelorette weekend! The Airbnb was very clean and well decorated. Furniture, appliances, decor, etc were all high quality. Lots of room for everyone to have their own room. The area was close to downtown, easy to Uber to and from, but I do wish it was a little bit more walkable!

Booked this place for my bach trip and it did not disappoint!!

We had a fantastic time at the Hallson property. 10 of us fit comfortably with no issues. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, kitchen had everything we needed and the rooftop was ideal for relaxing! We truly enjoyed our weekend getaway there!

An Excellent AirBNB... We had a Group of 9 and it was Perfect. Each floor had a Bedroom so you pretty much had your own Privacy when you wanted it. I believe each Room had it's own Bathroom. The Rooftop was really nice and the HotTub on the Rooftop was really cool. Not too far from Downtown/Broadway. Maybe a 10-15 minute Uber Ride. Really Close to Top Golf (wish we would have utilized). Very Clean, Host Always Communicated and gave Very Good Instructions. A Perfect Spot for a Group. I would 100% Recommend. Very, Very Nice Place

This was a perfect place for 8 of us. We loved that we all had our own bathroom and there was plenty of room without ever feeling cramped. The rooftop was a big plus too. If we return with others in the future we will consider staying again. The freeway is a bit loud but that should not be a deterrent to choosing this home for your stay in Nashville. Average Uber to Broadway was $16-$25 with the highest price one night being $51.

We had a few couples from around the country meet here for a birthday trip. Place was great to accommodate us! Appreciated the wine they left to greet us. Also enjoyed the hot tub. Was a quick 10 min uber or Lyft to Broadway. Definitely would recommend.

This place was perfect for a 40th birthday girls trip! Ubers were readily available and easy to get wherever we wanted in minutes. The jacuzzi was much needed after a long night of dancing! Loved the little record player music box. So much fun!

We really enjoyed our stay! I love that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. While the description of the home did not lie at all...just know there are A LOT of stairs. 20 stairs for each level and you enter on the grage level, so 40 stairs to the bedrooms on the 3rd floor and 60 stairs up to the amazing and comfortable roof. This was a non-issue until the first night we ended up in the ER and my husband was then on crutches the rest of the trip. The linens were so nice and the throw pillows and blankets were a great touch! We loved the Nashville decor as well! I would recommend this house for a large group. We were a multigenerational group and there was plenty of space for the 7 of us!

We had plenty of space as advertised, however it was noisy from the highway. I wasn't aware of the amount of steps in the house, so when we arrived with my husband who is an amputee, it was shocking. He couldn't use the hot tub because there was no good way for him to get in. The master bedroom is on the third floor, but everything else is on the second and the hot tub is another twenty steps up from there. The house was clean, they were very responsive and helpful. We had no issues getting Ubers to town and all and all we enjoyed our stay.

We came for business and decided to stay in Nashville this time. Brandon's place did not disappoint, we loved that every bedroom had their own bathroom, the beds were very comfy and the curtains blacked out the rooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The whole house was very clean and decorated beautifully. The rooftop was great, we got to enjoy the weather and the amazing night sky. We knew being right in the city traffic would be loud, they had sound machines there but we just ran our fans and it was fine, everyone slept great. Thank you Brandon and staff for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home! Came to Nashville for a birthday trip and the home was more spacious than expected! Plenty of room for everyone and really close to downtown with a rooftop view!

We had a mostly great stay. The house has all you need for a great time, and the host left us a bottle of wine which is always a nice touch. They were also very communicative during the entire process. I did want to note that the rooftops are all connected, so if there's someone next to you enjoying their deck, you will be right next to them and they'll hear / see everything you do. Not a huge problem if you if you know that going in. Upon booking, the hosting company immediately added me to their phone marketing email list, which I felt was in bad taste on their part. In order to get your door code, they require you to access to their own website and upload your ID to a third party for verification. This is not something I've ever done with any other Airbnb and was very uncomfortable with it. I called them up and they were happy to override the ID verification and allow me to access the door code. Other than those few issues, this was a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay here! Wasn't sure about the area when we pulled in, but we felt safe, and the automatic lock made us feel secure. Best to book if you are okay with stairs, but there is also a ground-floor bedroom. The staff was very responsive and accommodating, and the space is beautifully decorated--so cozy and inviting! Would recommend for your next stay in Nashville, especially if you're seeking a larger space.

Super cute house and perfect location- close enough to everything but far enough you don’t hit traffic!

Everything in the house was great with the exception of the water pressure. If someone is in the shower and any other water is used in the house, the water literally turns into a trickle. The house was well stocked with everything you need.

Very quick communication and handling of any issues. Nice and clean, but you can see some wear since the photos were taken but it pretty good shape for what I assume is a frequently rented place. Relatively close to downtown Nashville. A little close to the highways and a bit too may stairs for older folks like us but we managed.

I had such a great stay here! The house was decorated beautifully, clean, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. It’s in a perfect spot close to downtown, the airport, and Walmart, which made things super convenient. I was a little worried about being near the highway but it was way quieter than I expected. This place honestly made my whole trip so much more special. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay!! This place DOES NOT disappoint! Central to all Nashville attractions. It is a beautiful place to stay. It was close to the interstate, but the noise was not an issue. I will stay there any time i am in the area!

We loved your place. Loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom! So homey and welcoming. Loved the decorations! Would suggest more throw blankets. Water pressure was low but we can understand how that would be hard to control. We will rent again next time we come to Nashville! We were so happy with this Airbnb

Excellent home- very beautiful and clean. THINGS TO KNOW: It is noisy, it is right by the highway and the townhome community is full of rentals, there is a lot of transient noise. If noise bothers you, please bring ear plugs! The kitchen had the basics, so if you need other things- bring them! We were welcomed with snacks and wine, very nice touch! From street to main floor it is 22 steps, from first floor to rooftop is 59 steps- if you have mobility issues, this is probably not the place for you! That said, we had a great time. Very clean, nicely decorated, great sleeping accomidations and bathrooms. The rooftop was lovely, the neighbors were fun, although you don't know who will be there, we did not have any issues. We would stay here again. Close to downtown, driving was easy. Would not recommend walking, closest store was about a mile so get what you need in advance. Beautiful place. The double garage was great!

I had such a great time in this home it smelled good to and was clean it wasn’t far from my activities, I was able to wash my clothes before leaving it was private and loved how friendly the hosts were definitely recommend this home

We had a great time staying here! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen had everything we needed, lots of space and we especially enjoyed the rooftop and hot tub features. We were a quick Uber to downtown Nashville and the Gulch which is where we spent most of our time exploring. The beds were very comfortable and we loved how nicely decorated the place was throughout. The only 2 negatives about our stay was being able to hear cars driving throughout the night. There’s a road directly beside the airbnb with steady traffic and it’s also very close to the highway, so you can hear it if you’re a light sleeper like me. The second thing was the water pressure throughout the home was pretty weak. Overall, would recommend staying here for your next trip to Nashville.

The inside of the house was nice and clean. We had some trouble opening the door but Naomi helped us get in very quickly. The house was located next to the highway but the noise was not that bad. The house was very close to Broadway a 5 to 10 min drive.

This house was amazing . 100000/10 . Please don’t hesitate to book it . Quiet neighborhood. You have a garage you don’t have to pay for parking . Not far from anything . The house is so homey and clean YOU NOT GONE WANNA GO BACK HOME. In love with this home , booking it everytime I come to Nashville

We absolutely loved our stay at Brandon’s place!! It was so cute!! It was spacious and absolutely lovely. We all felt right at home. The hot tub was a lovely touch after exploring during the day in the cold. We only had a few minor issues but not enough to complain. We had a great stay. Brandon was very responsive which was also great! Short Ubers to pretty much everywhere as well. I love all the suggestions they sent as well!!

Nashville trip It was great!

Second time I’ve stayed at a place by Brandon. Always professional, ready, no hiccups and gorgous as described.

The property was great for the purpose I needed. Unfortunately the construction and Highway noise was very loud, but that's not within management's control. This was a good place and I recommend it.

Brandon’s place was absolutely beautiful. We booked this place last minute and was the best decision. This townhome was beyond expectation! Brandon was very responsive and communicated clearly when questions came about. The rooftop might have been our favorite place to take pictures before heading out for the night! Perfect location as it was about a 10-15 minute drive to broadway. Would definitely stay here again!
