this was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay for my birthday weekend! we will definitely book here again on our next trip! close distance to broadway, 12 south, the gulch, and about anything else you’d want to visit in nashville. 10/10

Stayed here with a group of 10–it was big enough to accommodate all of us. It’s a decent close by location with Ubers being $7-15 & the local bus line also has a stop right in the corner! We walked in the area to get coffee/food and we felt safe and had no issues or concerns. Each floor has a temperature thermometer (not sure if they all control the same) but I felt like it was nice to accommodate to different temperature preferences. Overall I think this place fit our needs and was in the condition shown in the pictures!

Our group enjoyed our stay especially with being only 5-10 minutes away from basically anything and everything downtown. We had some challenges with the cleanliness of the bedding but was quickly solved once contacted! We appreciated everything our host did for us!

We had a great time! Ample space to sleep for our group of 12 with plenty of things to do. The rooftop was a great place to chill.

So much fun for the entire group here. Big space and extra bathrooms for added privacy. 100% recommended.

This townhome was perfect for our group trip, not only was the beautiful home exactly like the photos advertised but the customer service and overall experience was truly over the top! We arrived early morning and the host was so thoughtful and gracious in allowing us an early check in. It was a rainy day so this literally made the entire day amazing. The shuffle board game in the living room was a hit and we really spent a lot of time at the house because the decor and roof top hangout space were done so well. The roof top had a little fire pit making the experience feel super homey. Each couple had their own private bathroom which was great for privacy. The Lyfts down to Broadway were very inexpensive. I'd stay in one of these properties again and again. The host made sure everything was going smoothly and instantly answered any questions we had. I cannot rave enough about the hospitality this host provides.

First time in Nashville for a family trip. Love the house, the games in the house was awesome, great location, and lot of room for everyone. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for letting us stay at your home!

Great place to stay. The house is new and equipped with all of the essentials for cooking your own meals. It was perfect that each bedroom has its own bathroom for getting ready in the morning. We decided to bring my father last minute on the trip and the set up of the house made it really convenient for private space and family cards at night.

This location was perfect for our family of 5. We all had our own space and the rooftop deck was perfect. This townhome was clean and modern. We enjoyed the local shops and bakery and loved being so close to main sights in Nashville.

The house was perfect for 11 women! It’s not a far Uber to Broadway. Perfect location! Very clean and host is extremely responsive and accommodating!

This home was even more beautiful in person. All knew everything. Our group of 10 fit perfectly and always had plenty of areas to spread out. The rooftop was an instant hit.nice view too. The hosts always responded and were accommodating. Very close to broadway but far enough for a peaceful sleep. We will book again next time in Nashville. The entire group was impressed.

Booked for my best friend’s bachelorette, and they exceeded my expectations! Great location. Coffee shops in walking distance, and quick uber ride to Broadway. Very spacious for our group of 12. Very responsive and kind when we had questions! Definitely recommend!

We had 8 girls for a bachelorette trip. We could have easier added 2 more girls for a comfortable stay. Every room had its on bathroom which was a HUGE plus for woman. Secondly we had a Balcony great for photos as the sun was going down. The commute to downtown was less than 7 minutes away! We truly enjoyed ourselves. The air conditioner in a few rooms we could never get to stay on throughout the night. The bathrooms downstairs had some hair and make up on the wall. Overall we still rate it a 5 because the customer service, the experience and the safety that came with the home was 100% worth it. Again we had 8 girls and could easily done 10!! I would rent here again and put my family in this rental.

We had an amazing stay for our joint birthday girls trip! Only thing was the upstairs 3rd floor bedroom got a little stuffy and warm but using the standing fans they provided worked out perfectly to get the air circulating and we had no issues! Would 100% 10/10 recommend this place and would stay again!

The location was a short Uber ride from Broadway and within walking distance of some other cute places to eat and shop. The area was fairly quiet and felt safe.

We had a blast here! 11 of us guys had the best time on the rooftop. The house was even prettier in person. If you were on the fence don’t think twice book this place if you want it all. Also the host was so responsive

We had a great stay the Chorus house! There were 7 adults so each couple had a private room and bathroom which made it very nice. The house was very clean and smelled brand new. The proximity to Broadway was great, just a short Uber ride away. We ran out of paper towels and garbage bags and within an hour we had fresh stuff delivered! Only thing missing was a grill so that we could bbq. I would definitely stay here again! We will be back!

Great stay

There was a lot of wear and tear to the place that could use some maintenance. The appeal was the rooftop and it was very worn down. There was no corn hole or proper putters for the mini golf pad. The shower in the master bath was not very clean. Especially since it was a tile floor, there was dirt in the crevices.

This was the perfect setup for us! All the amenities you could ask for! The host stayed in contact and checked on us periodically. Minutes from The Gulch and about a 35 Uber Black ride to Broadway which was minutes away.

Our stay at the Airbnb was exactly what we wanted and we’re looking for! The location was awesome, the place was clean and well decorated! There was some wear and tear on the walls and furniture but nothing crazy. We loved that each room had its own bathroom and the tall ceilings were so gorgeous! We would definitely recommend this for any type of stay!

Great Location The property was very true to its listing. It was in a great location for Broadway, the Opry and all the things we wanted to do. Our check-in process was awful but the property manager was responsive to the issues.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was spacious, with a wonderful view of the water, and all bedrooms and living room had water views as well. The kitchen had more than just the basic utensils and was perfectly equipped for making meals. Mei and Kevin were wonderful and very responsive hosts. We highly recommend this apartment.

Great communication! Close drive to many attractions. Rooftop patios are so fun! Plenty of space for all guests. They thought of everything! 10/10 would recommend and will visit again!

This place was amazingly beautiful! Every bed is extremely comfortable! No one had any complaints! Everyone room has its own private bathroom which is great with so many house guests. We even had room to spare! The stairs!! Let me warn you! There is 4 flights of stairs…Lol… but worth it! The Vision impaired and uncoordinated be warned!! This place was truly great and we will try to book it again. It is 5mins from all the action and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. Thanks again for having us!!

This airbnb was perfect distance from Downtown with a very short Uber to Broadway. The host was very responsive and friendly when answering my questions. The rooftop is cute and I would definitely stay here again for the price!

We had an awesome stay!

The home was very nice with plenty of space in the bedrooms. The living room area was quite small to allow for the number of people/bedrooms. HOWEVER, it was very chilly while we were there and we weren’t able to use the rooftop which would have allowed for much more room to spread out! The welcome basket was a very nice touch as well as all of the linens, toiletries, paper products, etc. It was def a bit further than we expected from Broadway (NOT walkable) but very easy uber rides! Communication was fantastic from the start with great flexibility! We will definitely return and/or recommend friends and family!

Great VRBO with amazing rooftop! We enjoyed our stay at The Chorus. Exactly as pictured, the house was well-appointed and comfortable. A little cold for the roof during our stay but it looked awesome!

The location of this property was fantastic, and the home itself was absolutely beautiful. However, we had an issue with the 3rd floor heat during our stay, making it difficult to fully enjoy the experience, especially since it was very cold outside. The heat didn’t work properly on 3rd floor and only blew cold air. After contacting the host, the issue was initially addressed through the HVAC system login, but this did not resolve the problem. When I turned the heat off (because it was just blowing cold air), I was told that the system was under warranty and would need to be repaired at a later date. Given the amount of money I spent for a five-day stay, I expected the issue to be resolved promptly. Unfortunately, that did not happen, and we were left to endure the colder bedroom temps (60s). While the host did attempt to troubleshoot, having a functioning heating system in winter is a basic expectation. If the heat had been fixed, I would have rated this experience higher.

We loved our stay in Nashville! We would definitely go back and stay in the same place! The host was great to work with, friendly, and very accommodating.

The Airbnb was exactly as described—clean and had everything we needed. The only issue was that the comforters had stains, but the host promptly replaced them. Overall, a positive experience!

A lovely home but missing a few basics.

We loved our stay at the Hallson. Check-in was very easy and Brandon was an amazing host. We had a small issue and Brandon was on it immediately with a friendly follow up to ensure we were happy. The house had everything we needed as far as bathroom/kitchen supplies and appliances. The house location was great for us as we usually made our 30 minute walk down to Broadway . (of course we had to car back..lol) We would definately recommend staying at Brandon at Hallson Co.

We had a very nice stay! The house was super clean, the beds were so comfortable and the location was great. Gave it 4 stars only because we had an issue with the upstairs AC. However, communication was great and they delivered 3 box fans to help make it more comfortable. They also sent some sweet treats for the inconvenience. There was some construction going on a couple doors down but looks like that will be finished soon. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for having us!

Our stay at the house over the weekend was beyond and above! It a beautiful, brand new townhouse not far from all the locations (you could walk to 12South) or take a 5 minute uber to downtown. The house was spotless and exactly as portrayed in the pictures Also any question we had Brandon’s team was very quick to respond and help us with anything needed. So if you are looking for a nice place to stay for the weekend or even longer time this is the perfect house! If I come back to Nashville, this will definitely be the first place I will have a look at. Book and do not hesitate, you will not regret!
