The house was perfect for our group. Very clean, well stocked, in a great location, and exactly as pictured in the listing. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this place for our group. Just as described and as in photos. The host team responsive and accommodating!

Our stay was great here. Perfect for a big group. Every room had their own bathroom which made it convenient for our 30-somethings friend group. It was clean and the hosts were very responsive.

Great for groups, easily accessible

Great place for a group. Everyone had their own space as well as a shared space for breakfast and hang out. We had a wonderful time, the communication was awesome and Brandon got back to us asap when we booked last minute. The drive to downtown was super close and the neighborhood was safe. I would absolutely stay here again when we get back to Nashville - Thank you for a great weekend!

The home looked exactly like the pictures. Our group of 8 adults fit comfortably. The team at Hallson was extremely responsive. The location was perfect, short uber rides to Broadway. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The duet was exactly as listed. The staff did an amazing job appointing the property and we felt it was extremely well cared for and very comfortable for a group of 9. They seemed to think of everything and they were very responsive. I would stay again and also try their other properties.

Fantastic airbnb and hosts. Hosts were responsive with any issues we had through the trip. Airbnb is frankly bigger than expected. Lots of space in the living and dining room for a party of 9. Bedding was fantastic and extraordinary soft. Easy to connect to the smart TV. Only issue was Some of the neon signs throughout the house were not plugged in but we didn’t care. Overall fantastic stay and would highly recommend!

Had a wonderful long weekend stay. The property was clean, looked exactly as it did in the photos and was conveniently located to all the popular attractions. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Plenty of towels for our party of 12. The roof top was a nice addition. The rental company kept in constant contact with me throughout my stay. If I were to be critical about anything I would say that the games on the wall in the dining room are tacky and too heavy for the walls. The wall paper in the bedroom was missing, but we were made aware prior to arrival. Adding a hot tube to the roof top would be nice too. I would definitely rent again. Very happy and will be recommending to my family and friends.

We were the first group to rent this beautiful place. There were a few things that were not completely done yet (to be expected with a brand new place), but they were so quick to respond to every message and even called to make sure we were taken care of. They went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. We had 10 in our group and the house was perfect for our weekend in Nashville. We really enjoyed the amazing rooftop. It was very easy to get around, just a short Uber ride to Broadway or The Gulch. Thank you for taking our Nashville trip to the next level.

This was a great place! Everyone in our family had enough space. Main level and roof deck were perfect for our larger group (8). Hallson was extremely responsive to all of our needs. Truly a perfect spot to experience Nashville! We would recommend this spot in a heartbeat.

This was great for our family vacation. It was spacious. And we loved having all the bathrooms and very comfortable beds. There were a couple of parks not too far away that the grandkids liked. We definitely recommend it and Halston was very helpful and responsive.

We had 7 people stay (6 adults and 1 teenager) for a family trip. The main selling point to us was that each bedroom had a private bath (and the other half bath). It was so spacious for our family trip. The space was very clean. We had 2 cars and it was easy to access. The host was so responsive prior to, during, and after the trip. There was thunderstorms and a 10 second power outage which (likely) caused the door keypad to have issues but they were responsive late at night and so helpful. Took no time at all to resolve. I don’t expect that to be a normal thing so I share to demonstrate excellent responsiveness. Check out was seamless (less demanding than other AirBnBs I have stayed at). Definitely recommend this place to stay.

The host company was great. Instructions were clear and the space was exactly as advertised. Four adults and four teenagers had a great stay. We did everything in the area on our checklist, and the fire pit on the rooftop was a great bonus for nighttime hanging.

Great place to stay. So close to downtown. We rented two units for our daughters 21st birthday. It was perfect for our large group. Love the art work in each of the units. Definitely would book here again.

SUCH a fantastic value for the cost! This property is new, and all aspects -- from the layout to the amenities -- were well thought-out. Our hosts were super communicative and accommodating, and the location was ideal for our moms' trip -- peaceful and only a five-minute drive to the action. We would definitely choose this one again!

Awesome place. Stayed here with five for a bachelor party. Plenty of room for everyone with three of us having our own rooms and two sharing the bunk bed room. Every room had its own bathroom and closet. Roof top was very nice as well. Check in was a breeze, we arrived earlier than expected and they allowed us to drop our bags off. The cleaning lady even accepted our grocery order and placed the items in the fridge. Location wasn’t close enough to walk, but wasn’t far for an expensive Uber/scooter ride. Overall amazing place and would highly recommend.

Brandon’s place was perfect for our 3 night girl’s getaway! Very comfortable. The rooftop deck was amazing with lots of games which we loved! The decor was fun and we had all the necessities we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable. Great stay!

We had an amazing stay! Very clean and comfortable. We loved each having our own rooms, smart TVs, and bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable (better than most places we’ve stayed). Excellent appliances and amenities. Very convenient location to Broadway, museums, Top Golf, Opry Mills Mall, and other Nashville attractions—all just a few minutes away, short drive/Uber. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time at the property. Our host was incredibly welcoming and communicative from the beginning. Prior to our arrival, they provided clear instructions for check-in and provided a flexible check-in time.

Everything I described in the review part of this was very true. There were a few things missing like a light in the downstairs bedroom didn’t work which proved to be very challenging. Additionally, one of the neon lights wouldn’t turn on and the “hey y’all” sign advertised in the rooftop pictures was missing off the grass wall— there were just studs for it.

Short stay Excellent communication with property management company, clean property, could use a few spices maybe sugar for coffee, rood top area is really tired stuff falling apart. Needs some tlc. Everything else was great.

The location was easy to get in and out of and central to all the things we wanted to do. It was also far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful. The residence was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable with good pillows - which is always hit or miss! We’ll be back!

The stay here was very enjoyable, the unit was clean and everything was as promised. Unfortunately some of the units near us were robbed including the unit next door’s car. Our unit was safe because we locked the door before going out.

The house is absolutely stunning! Spacious and fun! From the gorgeous decor to the game-filled spaces, there was something for everyone. Private bathrooms for each bedroom was a great commodity! The cornhole boards were weathered upon arrival and unusable. We were bummed but understood. When we reported it, they responded immediately and had a brand new set delivered within just a few hours, while we were sight seeing! Truly dedicated to hospitality, this is absolutely a fantastic find!

This house is very awesome and as described on their website and pictures are very accurate. Within a 5-10 minute drive to Broadway and all of the other areas that you would want to visit in Nashville. We did have one of our vehicles broken into and a window dusted out on our last night there and they tried to break into another one but the alarm on the car scared them off. The company quickly responded and said they were sorry but didn’t have cameras facing the parking area. They can not control crime and we understand this is not their fault was just a major bummer. They did say they will put up a camera facing that area now. Many homeless within a block after driving around a little but the area seemed to be decent they said this was the first vehicle break in they have had and the house was 6 months old. Top deck was very fun, games need some refreshing but was a cool area to hang out at all times of day. Beds very comfortable, and furniture great. Overall had a great stay

This house was in pristine condition. It is a fairly new home and looks exactly like the photos. In a great neighborhood and was about a 10-minute uber ride to Broadway. Brandon was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Such a beautiful home and I would definitely stay there again when I come back to Nashville.

We loved staying at the Duet. The decor and ammenities were great and the location was easy to grab an unber and be right in downtown Nashville within minutes. The unit was very gernerous with the towels, linens, coffee and even left us with a bottle of wine !! Great host responsiveness to questions etc.

We were very pleased with The Duet as our home base for an extended weekend in Nashville. The place was exactly as described in the listing, very clean with everything in working order. The rooms were great with everyone having their own bathroom and the common spaces were well laid out with nice furniture and great amenities. Unfortunately, we only got to enjoy the rooftop patio one night because of some unfortunate weather, but it was fantastic with comfortable furniture and a nice gas firepit. Brandon was very responsive and proactive with instructions on check-in through to check-out. If we're ever back through Nashville, we would definitely rent the Duet again.
