Family Getaway We had a fabulous time in Nashville. The Wyatt House was the perfect location. Conveniently locate close to everything but just far enough out of all the hussel and bussel!

Best Host Ever! This trip was for a cheer competition so we opted to stay with a couple other families. This was the best property I believe we have stayed in to date. When there was any SLIGHT issue and it was communicated, they took quick action to fix the issue. Not only was the property extremely clean, it was very modern, and just all around amazing. I loved the property itself; however, I loved the hosts even more. Couldn't speak more highly of this visit! Thank you!!

Highly recommend for a large family!

First time in Nashville and this was a great spot. Very clean and spacious. We traveled with our two small children so having the pack n play, high chair and gates available was amazing. Patio was perfect spot to hang after the kiddos went to sleep. Good restaurants in walking distance and then a quick drive to downtown. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay with our large family four our first visit to Nashville. Communication was great with management company. The place was cute and had enough beds for all of us however I would say the living room is on the small side so we couldn’t hang out all together. Kitchen was lovely! You can’t walk to downtown Nash so definitely want to have a car, although it is very close to everything. Overall our family enjoyed our stay.

Great location in East Nashville! We LOVED this property--perfect for a family. Plenty of room for everyone, wonderful location to everything Nashville. When the fast paced bustle of downtown was enough, this retreat was close by but more peaceful. The neighborhood itself has great restaurants, too. We would completely stay here again.

Very spacious and was great for my sisters bachelorette!

It’s was a great house! Close to downtown! Had everything we needed for our big group for our bachelorette l/bachelor trip!! Would definitely use them again!

Train woke us up every morning but it was fantastic for our bachelor party trip otherwise

Perfect condo in such a convenient location to everything you could possibly want to do or see in Nash! Couldn’t have had a better place for our bachelorette!!

Our group of 9 had plenty of room. We used Lyft to get around. Easy 7 minute drive to get to Broadway.

Property was as described and looked like pictures! Some new restaurants, brewery, coffee shop and bar are walkable from the home which was really nice. Broadway was a quick uber/lyft away, we never had any issues with transportation. Kitchen had all dishes/cookware you would need. Living room could use some additional sitting/couch as half of the 9 of us ended up sitting on the floor or in barstools when we were all together but we weren’t in Nashville to sit at home so it wasn’t a large inconvenience for us. Plenty of space and sleeping for the 9 of us. Would rent from the host again.

This place was amazing for our group of 10 women!! It was so close to everything and very clean!! The host was so responsive. We had so much fun!!

Nice place and good for a group. Kitchen was great! There is a train that runs daily in the morning. We did not notice the sound in the master but did in the living room. While the couch is pretty comfy, the pub chairs in the living room are not.

Our group enjoyed the house so much we didn’t want to leave and spent more time celebrating in the house than expected. Lots to do in the house and we were able to cook and make specialty drinks with the appliances provided. We ran into a couple unexpected issues that were out of the control of the owners and they addressed them quickly! Very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend.

This was a beautiful home! We had 8 girls in our party and this home was perfect for all of us. So cute, clean and comfortable!

I had my 22nd Birthday trip with some friends and family. This Airbnb was the best I’ve ever stayed at, so far. Everything was clean and so spacious. The decor was a very nice touch and the deck was amazing. I definitely recommend staying here, and looking forward to visiting again! :)

We had a staycation for my son’s birthday and everything was absolutely amazing. Very spacious, clean and exactly how it was pictured. The host was amazing with their quick responses. The mattresses on the bed were top tier! I slept like a newborn baby lol. The setup in the garage was a nice touch. I would definitely book again for my next staycation. ❤️

Husband went for a bachelor trip and they really enjoyed their stay and said that it was really clean upon their arrival.

Great place to stay in East Nashville! The hosts are super responsive and friendly, making accommodations for us when needed. It was well stocked and super clean. We could walk to cute restaurants and shopping. The deck upstairs is fantastic - great place to work and take in the nice weather. The place was very clean and well stocked. Bathrooms were squeaky clean, with everything you could need. Parking was easy. Overall perfect place to stay - our group couldn't have been more comfortable. Love the bedroom setup downstairs for singles or even couples. ALL of the beds were very big and comfortable. I travel a lot, and this was a top stay for us. Exactly as described!

We ( 4 couples) enjoyed our stay at the Wyatt house. We had plenty of room, the house was clean and the kitchen has plenty of dishes etc. Some suggestions: a new drip coffee pot because the one there now leaks and maybe some hooks for towels in the bathrooms. Loved the outdoor space!

The house was very cozy and was an amazing stay for my large wedding party. Ping pong, board games, cards, etc. were so nice To have with such a large group. I also loved how they had extra towels and toiletries available to us. The water pressure in every bathroom was the biggest downfall and having a maid show up and rush us out at 9:59AM was slightly disturbing but good stay and good area.

This place was amazing! There was a lot of walkable restaurants and bars. Broadway was only 10 minutes away!

Very nice town home. Only issue This home currently doesn’t have cable or satellite. Overall very great experience. The home had a great view! Very happy with our week long stay!!

Very Acurate

Overall our stay was good. The place is big with plenty of space, beds and baths. While the kitchen and baths were very nice and clean, the place could have used a little TLC. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, the drapery rod bracket in the living area was bent on one side and looked like it could have fallen and the kitchen faucet leaked. The living room chairs were not very comfortable and could use to be replaced. The area around the townhouse is mixed and I think the neighborhood is up and coming. It’s convenient to the highway so easy to get places. There are train tracks a block away and but it wasn’t bad and did not disturb our sleep at all. There are a few restaurants in the area which was nice so we didn’t have to go to Broadway or other neighborhoods for dinner if we didn’t want to venture out. Overall a good stay.

We thought this place was lovely and spacious with 3 floors, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a deck and a game room in the garage. So we had plenty of room to spread out. Fairly quick Ubers took us wherever we needed to go. There were also some walkable restaurants/bars/stores which was nice. The Hallson Hospitality Co was extremely responsive, friendly, professional and helpful. The team was always lovely to communicate with. There were a few things that caused less than ideal conditions for sleep, ie: the ice machine in the fridge is quite loud, so the person in the room off the kitchen was woken up at times with that; the upstairs king (close to patio) has a toilet that leaks/refills consistently, so the person in that room had trouble sleeping, and the train (it is mentioned in The Wyatt House post). Printed directions on using the thermostat would be helpful since we had trouble getting the temp correct. Overall, we enjoyed staying here for our Nashville trip! :) Thanks Hallson!

Hospitality Company very professional and I like how they kept us informed and checked up on us every step of the way. Overall, we had a good stay. The place was very nice, but the location was a little less than desirable. There was train tracks located within a few blocks of our location. A train went by the location ever 2 to 3 hours each day and night. The conductor would blow the horn for what seems like forever. It was not so bad during the daytime hours, but it was difficult to get good quality sleep at night.

It was great! Place was just like the pictures! Very responsive to questions when asked, a quiet neighborhood and close to a lot of great bars/restaurants. Added bonus, a short uber ride to broadway. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a beautiful place!!

Hallson exceeded my expectations!! Not only are the photos gorgeous but i hands down believe the home in real life blows the photos away!! All rooms were comfortable and spacious! Everything was clean and all expectations were met! Hallson also has some awesome add on packages you can add after you book like having them grocery shop for you before you arrive, decorate the home for a special event, and they will even invite a private chef to come cook for you while you stay! I found them super easy to work with and will definitely look at staying at one of their other airbnbs if this one happens to be taken when i come visit nashville next!

Great stay, location, and communication We had a great stay at this VRBO. The management company was very responsive and the place was very clean when we checked in. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, pots, pans, and glasses. Plenty of beds and nice rooms. The location is also in walking distance of some great bars and and a brewery.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was a super cute place in a great location- we could walk to coffee and a workout class. The townhouse was very nice, clean and had some great touches such as welcome basket and makeup remover wipes in the bathroom! We loved the rooftop and garage hangout areas too! Hallson was so responsive and helpful when we had any questions as well. Highly recommend for your Nashville trip!

This was a great stay! We had a wonderful time in this spacious house. Although it is a bit out of the way (10 min drive) to broadway - we did not find it be too expensive to Uber back and forth. Thank you for letting us stay! Our favorite part was the ping pong room!

Very comfortable and open floor plan. Close to Downtown. Very detailed instructions sent. The only thing that was somewhat of a bother was parking. Limited parking and parking intended for guests was being used by a neighbor across the street. Otherwise everything was as described.

Great home and location. There was a discrepancy but the time we got back from dinner the issue was resolved. The beds were soft.
