Everyone was perfect! Communication was quick, easy, and so friendly. The house was awesome and perfect for our group. The location also couldn’t be beat. Would love to return and would definitely recommend!

We loved the house! Excellent walkability to 12 South and very safe neighborhood. We loved the house and great for a group! The loft is a little hard to access given there are no stairs but super cozy none the less. All rooms were spotless and very clean. We loved our stay!

We had the best time staying at the Rambler. The home was perfect for a big group and easily walking distance from one of Nashville's most famous/fun roads. We had a blast and are so grateful to the amazing hosts. We hope to come back soon!

Had a surprise engagement party here and it was perfect. 2 minute walk to 12 south and short uber ride to downtown. Not a single bad thing to say about our stay!
House was great and location was even better. We had a few hiccups but the host got back to us asap and resolved everything immediately. Customer service was top tier. Would absolutely recommend.
Great house and stay. Gorgeous and clean rooms! The pool heater was broken which was a bummer but otherwise no complaints.

Great stay - however the temperature of the house is extremely unstable. Just something to keep in mind. The loft room was too hot for anyone to stay. Overall a great place
Upon my arrival, the lawn had not been managed for weeks (no matter what the weather was). There were so many leaves at the front door that we tracked mud and leaves into the house to bring luggage, boxes, groceries, etc. I had to replace the front mat it was so old. It took management three days to have the landscape company come clean the yard and pool. It was obvious to me that the house had not been rented for many months. The fireplace on the side porch/dining room never worked. The wall heater/AC unit never worked in the dining room. We could not have one meal in the house in that room because it was 40° When we cooked the stove vent never worked. The entire HV/AC in the house was unbalanced. We did not have one bedroom that was completely comfortable. All were either freezing or the room with the bunkbeds upstairs was 80+ at all times. Fortunately we did not experience 34* as it has been the last few days
The host was so flexible with our checkout time even after our flight delayed, they were so accommodating and extended our stay. They really went above and beyond plus this home feels like a home highly recommend and will definitely be back.
We loved staying at this home! The location was perfect, on a quiet street but only a block away from stores and restaurants. There is also a beautiful park nearby. The home is very large and clean. The hosts were incredibly responsive and gave great recommendations. Highly recommend staying here!
