This vacation finally made it out of the group chat — and it meant the world to us. As our elders age, we realized we were only gathering in moments of loss, and we wanted to change that. So 25 of us came together for our first Family Nash Bash Thanksgiving and were grateful to call Acoustic & Banjo home.
The homes were beautifully prepared and the most well-stocked properties we’ve ever stayed in — perfect for hosting an epic holiday meal. The games and shuffleboard kept everyone entertained, and the bathroom amenities felt like a luxury hotel.
We did experience a heat outage mid-stay, which was stressful for a group our size. However, Sammy was responsive, empathetic, and professional. She listened, acted quickly, and escalated concerns to Airbnb to ensure a fair and thoughtful resolution.
Despite the challenge, we left full of gratitude: for family, for time together, and for a space that helped us build memories we’ll cherish.

These two houses were perfect for our group of 13 celebrating a bachelorette weekend! Our original rental canceled on us, so we were so happy to find this one. We were a little nervous about it having no reviews, but everything turned out sooo great.
The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Check-in was smooth and simple, and both houses were exactly as described. Everything was clean and fresh when we arrived. The beds were super comfy, there were extra fans and blankets, and the house was stocked with things we might need like extra TP and laundry pods. They even left a thoughtful welcome gift for us.
The location felt very safe, and a perfect distance to downtown, ubers were cheap! There were bathrooms in basically every room, which gave everyone plenty of space to get ready, and they even provided makeup remover towels for everyone which was great. Everything worked perfectly, no issues the whole time.
So thankful to have found this place!!!
