Close enough to downtown for a quick uber ride and just far enough away for you to have peace and quiet to rest and recharge. We felt right at home, very comfortable! Perfect for our group of 8 adults but definitely could have accommodated more.

Great place to stay. Had 8 people and living area was roomy and all could sit comfortably. TV was limited so be prepared to use your own provider like Utube or other applications. Also, you will walk a lot of stairs being there are three flights in unit. Four minute ride to downtown so easy to get back and forth. Roof deck was outstanding with bathroom and refrigerator at entrance an added bonus.
We had a fantastic stay here for a girls’ trip with 8 friends. The layout is perfect for a group: having 4 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms made getting ready so easy and gave everyone privacy. The main living area and kitchen on the second floor were a great hub, with super easy access from the two bedrooms upstairs and the two bedrooms on the first floor. The rooftop was a highlight — we loved sitting by the fire in the evenings, enjoying the view of the city. The location is convenient: close to downtown and a short Uber ride to restaurants. We felt safe during the day, and with our larger group felt comfortable coming and going at night too. One thing to be aware of is the Pilates studio right outside the door. The music from classes can be loud in the two bedrooms that face that direction, especially the first‑floor room. It wasn't a deal-breaker for us, just something to be aware of. This is an ideal home base. We highly recommend to other groups! It's a lovely space.
our group of 9 had a great stay! airbnb is large and clean with a nice rooftop space as well. living room / 2nd floor area was a great communal space for everyone to hang out. host was very responsive/quick!
Such a fun hop location and really was the true Nashville vibe. We would choose this location again. It was in the perfect location.

The place was new and amazing. Loved the location as it was close to the racetrack. Loved that the rooms had their own bathrooms. Best customer service experience we’ve ever had. We will be coming back next year!
It was beautiful and our guests loved their stay! The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was great and parking was easy.
