Wonderful place to stay! Our family of 8 fit with ease and plenty of room to spare. Great location, walked to the Gulch, Broadway and 12 South! Would definitely book again!

The home itself was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing, and communication was generally responsive. However, there was a concerning safety issue -a nail was protruding from the wall, which could have easily caused an injury, especially traveling with my daughter. While they did fix it after I reported it, it’s something that should have been addressed before guests arrived. The biggest frustration was the late checkout situation. My flight was moved to the evening, and although they confirmed no one was checking in (and the calendar showed the home was open), they couldn’t give a clear answer and kept saying they needed to confirm cleaning. This went on until midnight before our 10 AM checkout, even though I was willing to pay for extra time. Because of the uncertainty, I had to book a hotel day rate just to have somewhere to stay until our flight. Overall, a nice property, but the safety oversight and lack of timely decision-making from management impacted the experience.

This place is exactly as advertised. It is in a great location with convenient parking right at the front door. The rooms are perfect and the two living spaces made it easy for our family to spread out.

We had a fantastic stay at Musgraves! The home was spotless and very comfortable for our group of nine—plenty of space for everyone to relax and feel at home. We were welcomed with a thoughtful bottle of wine, which was such a nice touch and really set the tone for our trip. When we had a small issue with the hot water, the host responded right away and had it resolved quickly, which we truly appreciated. The location was perfect—just an easy Uber ride to downtown and within walking distance to 12 South, where we enjoyed exploring the shops and restaurants. One of our favorite parts of the house was the top deck. It was a great spot to sit, unwind, and spend time together. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville!

This house is absolutely gorgeous!!! Perfect for a getaway with friend groups or family. Very clean and plenty of space. Feels like the home away from home. 100% recommend!

Beautiful home, exceptional decor, furnishings and beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was provided or thought of. Welcome snacks and wine was appreciated!!! There are a lot of stairs so not an ideal place for guests with limited mobility (this was not a concern for our group). We had no issues but the host reached out to check on us, and I’m certain would address any concerns we had. There are a few restaurants and coffee shops very close (5 minute walk) and Hillsboro Village and Vandy Campus is a 10 minute walk. We visit Nashville several times a year and will definitely stay here again.

The place was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Good location. Would recommend staying here. The top floor thermostat was not working so it was incredibly hot. Asked for repair and they never came. We made it work but that impacted the sleeping arrangements.

What a fantastic HomeAway from home.. this unit was impeccably decorated and full-filled all of our needs for a short stay. Top notch set up and we stay at multiple places throughout the year. This one takes the cake! Thank you!
